I honestly felt conflicted at first writing this review, but after reading another review posted on the same day as my experience, i am no longer conflicted. I called Lynette and had several pleasant conversations with her. She was very polite and returned my phone calls promptly. This all lead me to believe that I was going to have an exceptional experience today with my scheduled appointment. I had told her in our booking conversations that I wanted a deep cleaning, concentration mostly on bathrooms and the kitchen and cobweb removal. I’m currently injured and I can’t do it as thoroughly as I’d like and my house was in general good condition. . She was to arrive at noon today — which she did — and she asked if she could take a quick look around to see exactly the condition of my place. She went through the house in about 2 – 3 minutes, came downstairs and told me that the job was more than she had come prepared for and that it would require her to bring 2 more people, more supplies and for me to reschedule for another day. She then left! I was very frustrated as I am preparing for house guests and now I have to find another company on very short notice because she either didn’t listen to what I told her about my house, doesn’t really know what a one time deep cleaning entail, or maybe she had another appointment that she had to get to so she left me high and dry. I’m thinking the latter because of the review just posted before mine on the same day. Plus my husband had a conversation with her to salvage the business transaction just about an hour or so after she left my house and she was already«with another client». Ummm, wouldn’t you have been cleaning my house about that time??? Makes you think and wonder. In all fairness, she did offer to come the next day, but just as soon as we were about to take her up on her offer(she called me from the other client’s house after speaking with my husband), she started referring us to Maid Brigade. She even offered to look up the number for me — WT!!! She in so many words said she didn’t want our business & to go somewhere else, even though she was the unprofessional that left us hanging out to dry. Well Lynette, I’ll take you up on that second offer and I’ll go somewhere else and let everyone know about your unprofessional tactics.
