Drove in @ around 1 a.m. and the guy doing drive thru was giving attitude just because I had a question. I ordered and he gave me a total and asked me to drive up to the window. I drove up & there was no one at the drive thru window. I waited about 10 minutes & still nothing. I just ended up driving off and going across the street to in and out. This was actually my to go to Carl’s but after today I’m definitely not going back, thank God for the new in and out.

Usually people have a tendency to write complaints instead of positive reviews, I have been guilty of that too! I want to say that this Carl’s Jr is excellent! I had my breakfast and my eggs were freshly made, my sausage was not undercooked it was just slightly crispy which is my fav way! Typically I go to other Carl’s Jr and the sausage has a slightly sour taste and just cooked to look cooked, and the eggs are usually rubberized, biscuits are old. But this Carl’s Jr made the kick butt sausage biscuit!
Another thing, I am standing at the cash to make an order and to my surprise no gunk on the floor, nothing under the equipment, no nasty grease. The entire restaurant is pristine even the seating area. The bathrooms are just as clean, I could eat in them, no stench! Nothing!
I understand that this particular Carl’s was completely gutted and I could tell, it does not have the funky foul odor. Older Carl’s Jr’s stink because they remodel but they do not remodel the sewage piping with all the 30 old fat decomposing poop clinging to the side of the pipe.
The staff is mindful of the cleanliness, I could tell the are proud of their work and restaurant, they provide service and look in your eyes. I will make a point to come to this Carls, for the feel good food!

Food is usually fine. Think I had an order incorrect once. Avoid sitting inside if you can. Several homeless passed out, spread across seating area.

The food was good for Carl’s Jr. But I was amazed (grateful) to see how clean they are! An employee was disinfecting the napkin holders on the tables. Very cool. Everything is very clean, even the light fixtures and restrooms.

Ever since they did the remodel and hired a bunch of new people there service has gone straight downhill. Always atleast 15 min of a wait. I also ordered zucchini and asked for extra ranch and the dude gives me one. Man hes lucky im already home.

Very clean nice place, crew is polite and works quick. And it’s near my work, grab and go. I think Carl Jr Burgers beat many out there, love em.

The service here is horrible. I’ve been here a few times at different times of day and I’ve never had good service. They act like they don’t see you when you’re waiting for something. Their fries are always burnt and their soda machine sucks. If you want Carl’s, find a different one. This is the last time I will be there, $ 5 super star combo or not… it’s not worth it.

This review is for their terrible exterior design. What’s with the 1 star review painted on the side of the building?

This restaurant is very clean and the employees are super helpful/​nice. Food is great. I had the Turkey Burger today and yesterday, I had the Pepperoni Pizza fries… delicious.

They are very attentive. Adrian Always walking by and asking if we need anything. Came and got our trays. Food could be better but the customer service will keep me coming back

For being on a busy street they lack employees but that saying the employee that took my order was amazing taking drive thru orders and front orders he even brought my food to me give this guy a promotion thank you Luis C.

Standard place, meet the standards but don’t exceed them. Can’t really ask for too much from a carl’s jr. I ordered my food, payed, food was brought to my table, the employee offered me any additional service, I denied, ate my food. Went back to work. Everything I expected.

The food is so so but DRIVE THRU BEWARE! Your on loudspeaker on the inside and the workers giggle and laugh at the drive thru customers voices. they find it funny

Review is about the wait, not food. Super slow in taking order and then making the food. They aren more focus on drive-​thru orders and ignore the eat-​in diners. Took us 12 mins for food!

Went here twice before the renovation, and twice after. They messed up my order all 4 times! It didn’t matter if it was the drive thru or walk-​in. If you’re on a Carl’s quest, there are a few more locations within 5 miles and their driveways are much easier to access.
The attitude of the workers is always poor.
2 of the times they messed up our order, we actually got way more food than ordered, so if you feel like rolling the dice, go ahead.

Haven’t been here in forever! This Carl’s Jr. has been here forever! Use to come here as a kid to get their french toast. Now that they have remodeled the place, it looks more cleaner and bigger! Service was awesome. The guy brought out our food, made sure if we needed anything else. That is pretty much all I can say about it!

This place clearly puts a higher priority on their drive-​thru customers over their walk-​in customers.
I walked in here at 12:15 and ordered a Number 1, which is the most basic thing on their menu (Famous Star, small fries, and drink). I left at 12:41 WITHOUT my food, since I couldn’t wait any longer. In the meantime, I watched 12 cars exit the drive thru, and only three walk-​in customers get their food (one of whom ordered after me)!
They’re probably trying to meet some sort of drive-​thru wait time goal, at the expense of walk-​in customers. Totally ridiculous; this isn’t fast food at all. If I’d known it would take this long, I would have gotten a premium sandwich at Panera Bread or Corner Bakery.
They should fill the orders in the order they’re placed, rather than holding me captive for daring to walk in. I also agree with some of the other reviews; taking a look around, it’s pretty dirty. To give you a hint, it’s the type of place where you need to get a key to use the restroom.
The only plus is the girl behind the counter was clear and pleasant.

No, no, no… please don’t go here. When I visited awhile ago it was so dirty. Literally half the tables still had food from previous customers. There were also a few flies in the restaurant. I felt gross just sitting in it.
The food is just like any other Carl’s Jr. I’m just basing this on the cleanliness of their restaurant. I didn’t check their grade, which I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a C.

man, i freaking LOVE Carl’s Jr hamburgers. I can taste myself getting fat. I don’t think theyre food is that bad compared to Burger Shit or Shit in the Box or McShittles or Taco Shit or Shitpotle.
Best thing on the menu is the WESTERN BACON CHEESEBURGER! I’ve never had anything too extreme other than that. Oh wait! Yes I have, it’s called the BREAKFAST BURGER! OH. MY. GOD.
Besides the food, this Carl’s Jr. location is da bomb. The service is always impeccable. It kinda makes you feel like you’re VIP or something. The bulldyke who works the drive thru is super jolly and tells me that her «lady» drives the same car as me. COOL!
Minus one star because Carl’s Jr. changed their fries to «natural cut.» OH PLEEZE!!! i liked the soggier skinnier fries better.
