«So then I went back to work and I was frying the char-grilled chicken strips…» — Snapshot(2004 Short Film) When you crave CFA, you have to have CFA. It’s a Southern thing, but if you’ve had it, you will understand. There are many CFAs around town, but this is one of the ones closest to my house/office. So when I’m in a pinch and running home for a meeting and haven’t had lunch(or need breakfast), CFA is my approved fast food. This location is really my drive-through preference. They are usually pretty busy, so there is almost always someone with an iPad standing in the line taking your order and payment — so efficient. My order is always right, piping hot and fresh and delicious. You can’t go wrong with a menu of both fried and char-grilled favorites. Personally, I htink it’s weird that they added cheese to the deluxe sandwich, but I just ask for it without.

I’ve been going to his chickfila for years… Up until the last 3 – 4 months, it was always pretty good as far as food quality. However, it seems that the quality has gone way down. From employees who don’t listen or ask if you would like condiments to getting orders wrong. This morning I got hash browns that tasted horrible. It was like something with the oil they were cooked in tasted way off. On top of the HORRIBLE traffic on Howell Hell Rd and the tiny drive thru traffic flow, this chickfila has become a nightmare and no longer worth visiting. The owner(John Diamond) really needs reign his crew in and fix the quality issues. I think the issues could also be from his recent opening of the Northside Dr. Location, but I really expected him to do better than this.

Terribly busy location but they accommodate well and will take orders outside in person if you are in a long drive through line like many locations, they also take your payment the same way too.

Best fast food option in north druid hills. The spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries with chick fil a sauce are to die for, the drive thru is efficient, and the staff are very friendly.

I stopped by this drive thru on a stormy night and ordered 8 grilled nuggets. I paid for 8 grilled nuggets and received 13, yes 13 delicious grilled nuggets. No complaints here! They also gave me 2 ketchups, mustards, and BBQ sauces. Customer service was fantastic.

I’m trying to stay away from fast food but Chick-fil-A has become my new exception since I have discovered their healthy options. For breakfast, Chick-fil-A has a great Yogurt Parfait. Although it is more expensive than a cup of Chobani it is worth it every so often. The Chick-fil-A Yogurt parfait is a small cup of plain yogurt with a layer of fresh strawberries at the bottom of the cup and a few more on the top. On the side they give you a packet of a granola, dried cranberry, nuts and golden raisin mixture. Once you stir these ingredients all together it makes for a great fairly healthy Yogurt parfait. At $ 2.50 for a small cup of yogurt and 300 calories, Chick-fil-A’s Yogurt Parfait is an every once in a while Breakfast treat but delicious none the less and will make you feel a little better than your usual Chicken Biscuit meal.

This Chick-fil-A truly distinguishes itself from other Chick-fil-A and other fast food restaurants in general. Due to its close location from my office. I have been fortunate enough to dine at this location many times over the past year. Each and every time, I leave satisfied and cheerful. Let me first start with the food. Every meal is cooked well with consistency. I come with a certain expression for franchise restaurants, and they meet it every time. The wait time, whether dining in or drive-thru has never been more than 7 min(dining in) and 10 min(drive-thru). What makes this more impressive is the fact that this location is almost consistency busy. Full of cars, and full of people dining in. Regardless of the traffic, they are able to deliver consistent meals in a timely manner. Then there is the staff. Each and every employee is genuinely friendly and caring. I even spoke to Bryan, one of the managers, who came to this location to be trained under this specific owner. In a rare case they make a mistake, they make up for it every time. In one instance in which they messed up my side, they apologized and gave me a card for a free sandwich. In summary, this Chick-fil-A is good as it gets. As long as I work around here, I will continue to dine here if I get the chance.

Probably the ONLYCFA I go to since this is walking distance of where I live. Plus — after long days at the office, it’s nice to indulge on a meal. Parking & Seating — kind of limited. I personally do not walk in here. I mainly just take the drive thru. I’m kind of lazy. Service — I’ve never had a problem with it. In fact, this CFA is my favorite & has the best service. :D Never have had a hassle. Which is great. Food — it’s CFA. It’s honestly hard to produce horrible food at this joint. I’ve had their entire menu probably the past year and half. I love their ice cream, nomnomnom. I love their sandwich. They even give me extra pickles whenever I request them.

This is probably the most efficient Chick-fil-A in Atlanta. This is located just right off the exit om Howell Mill rd towards Coller rd. Next to Willy’s Mexicana grill and USPS. This is smaller than your typical Chick Fill a. Limited seating inside. No playground and limited parking. The drive thru is what I love about this location. Mornings wait is no less than 3 mins, During Lunch less than 5 mins. Yes the lines are long, but they have staff outside with tables walking to each vehicle taking orders and accepting credit cards on the spot. This beats the wait times with all the drivethru in the area during lunch rush,. Overall not a bad place to grab a quick lunch on the go, I would forget going inside. Always crowded due to its limited space in seating.

The effort and accuracy of Chick-Fil-A never ceases to amaze me. This morning, I placed my order with the help of two workers via drive thru who stood outside in 37 degree weather. They greeted me with the utmost professionalism, and as usual the order was quickly delivered and correct. Will definitely be returning! :D

It’s clean but the food is bad. I really am not a fan of Chick fil a and heres why; food was bad, the chicken tasted terribly, the person cashier was doing five things at once very understaffed. I’m not into it sorry,

This Chick-fil-A is located on the busy end of Howell Mill Rd. But, that’s okay because this location has employees that are always filled with whimsy and cheer! I also love that when I want fast and efficient drive-thru service… I get it! The first time I had ever encountered a Chick-fil-A employee taking orders not through a speaker box was here. I was unsure about the situation because I thought for sure my order would be messed up, but it wasn’t! And each time after, it hasn’t! This location is small in comparison to a lot of other Chick-fil-A’s and there isn’t a lot of parking either, but I’ve never really had many problems with parking or not being able to find a seat inside. That being said, I really wish that one day, this location can somehow be expanded and have a children’s play area? ;) But, that’s just wishful thinking! haha Keep it up guys!!! :D

For a fast food chain, I think this is as good as it gets. Super clean. Super friendly staff. She actually seemed happy to see me. Ha! Remembered all my sauce requests. Whenever I’m travelling south, Chick-Fil-A is a must. Obviously, requires that you like chicken. Side comment: when I was leaving, I noticed that 3 workers(including a manager) were outside in the rain working the drive thru. Turns out that the drive through speakers were down so they were outside getting orders on an ipad. And they were smiling! I left with a warm feel-good feeling in my tummy. I’ll be back on my next trip!

This location definitely lives up to the high expectations one would have for a Chik fil a restaurant. All of the employees are courteous, helpful and very efficient. Although I am rarely on this side of town, whenever I am, I make it a point to grab something to eat at this location.

Everyone at this Chicken Fila is so goddamn nice I almost forgive them for hating gay people. Seriously, this older gal who keeps the dining room nice apologized extremely profusely for ignoring my friend and me. WHILEWEATEFASTFOOD! I mean, I never get service like that at nice restaurants, so maybe the Christians do have something. Also the cookies are the best widely available cookies I’ve ever had.

I was jamming out to «Kiss» by Prince one morning as I approached the drive-thru. Windows down, singing loudly… I did not expect to turn the corner and be met by an actual employee taking orders! As my face turned beet red, and I reached to turn down the radio, but before I could, the man stops me, «No. no! Don’t turn it down now!» and starts dancing! We both shared a laugh, he took my order, and I drove to work laughing. Later I would find out that his name was John Diamond and he was the General Manager. I have to say, setting an example like that for his employees… being outside taking drive-thru orders, having fun with his customers… all explains why I have such a great experience every time I visit, which is pretty often! Great food, amazing service, and employees who know how to make work fun. I can’t say enough good things about the Howell Mill team!

As most Chick-Fil-A’s go… this one was fantastic. Everyone was very courteous and the wait time at the drive-thru was minimal. For the first time ever, I saw the option for grilled chicken nuggets. I jumped at the chance. While they weren’t near as large as the fried, they were pretty dang tasty. Overall, I will continue to frequent this establishment based on their healthy options and incredible customer service.

I like this chik-fil-a because the service is fast and very friendly, they never look at me crazy when i pull up to the window to get a kids meal with no kids in the car. Its kind of difficult get in and out of their parking lot because of all of that howell mill traffic but besides that i think it exemplifies the quality and service that the chik fil a brand prides itself on.

This is one of my favorite ChickFilA’s, they’re so consistent(hope I’m not jinxing myself). I like to order my stuff fresh and they oblige no problem. The only bad thing about this ChickFilA is that it can be a bit tough to get into depending on which direction you’re coming from. Besides that, totally two thumbs up :)

Is there such a thing as «live Unilocaling?» You know, like live blogging? If so, that’s what I’m doing right now as I bite into one of the new Chick-fil-A spicy chicken biscuits. A lot of you already know the deal. One of my coworkers sent me to this web site( ) where I could reserve a free spicy chicken biscuit, so I chose the location closest to where I live and decided to pick one up on my way into work. The spicy chicken biscuit doesn’t come out for another four days(January 10th), but this week, Chick-fil-A is building up hype by sending out these free invitations. The biscuit rang up as $ 2.25 plus tax before the employee applied the promo. The invitation is meant to be used within a certain hour of the morning, but you can really use it anytime before 10:30. I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A many times and it can sometimes be a pain to pull into and out of due to trafficky Howell Mill and the small parking lot. However, this morning around 8:30, the place was the most empty I’ve ever seen it. Service is always good to great at Chick-fil-A’s and this one was no exception. I had the biscuit in my hands in a matter of seconds. I’m not a chicken biscuit expert, but from what I can tell, Chick-fil-A’s biscuits are bigger than the competition in terms of both the bread and the meat. My spicy chicken biscuit turned out to be bigger than expected(almost 4 inches wide at it’s widest point — haha, yes I measured it). The meat is soft and tender. The biscuit slightly buttered so it tastes good. The bottom of the biscuit is thin and a bit soggy, but no biggie. It’s all crumbling apart at the end. I don’t think the meat is that spicy, but everyone has different tolerances for spiciness. Spicy is not my thing in the mornings, but I’d have to say overall, the spicy chicken biscuit is a winner. Eat mor spicee chikin! #Yelp365 — 6⁄365
