Ok, so, it’s a Subway, you know what you’re getting! It’s pretty much the same Subway experience you get at most locations, as far as the food goes.
That said, this location has exceptional service, especially when I was there during lunch and they were fairly busy. It only took a minute or two for me to move through the line and get my food. I was quite impressed with how organized the assembly line was! :)

Sweet onion! This Subway is massive! The line moved swiftly and our sandwich was tasty! The bathroom was out of paper towels so I dinged a star. You will certainly never have a problem finding a table here. The staff was friendly enough, I mean what do some people expect? I’ll be back.

I like Subway. The kid that was working at this location, however, was extremely slow (it took him 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and there was NOBODY else in the store) and a little rude. I asked him where a hotel was that I was headed to and he curtly told me he’s not from the area. Seriously? Hopefully he’s not the newest employee at that store.

My friends seem to have varying degrees of love or hate for Subway sandwiches. I suppose bad service does randomly happen. But I sure haven’t seen it. This Subway is among the largest I’ve ever seen. It seems clear to me that they make most of their revenue from a bustling lunch crowd. In the evening, the pace is comparatively sedate. Not only is this a big subway, but it is among the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Even as I type this, I’m watching the nice lady behind the counter take care of her customers. She and her colleague are handily getting folks in and out with their orders. When they’re not doing that, they return to fastidiously cleaning the ovens and food-prep area. The nice lady is even asking clarifying questions to make sure she gets an order right. When’s the last time you saw that happen at a «fast food» joint?
So, to summarize: Clean. Fast. Friendly. Plus, it’s a Subway, so you can be as healthy or a decadent as you want to be.

I was wow-ed by the size of this subway but after ordering lunch from them today I know why they are able to sustain such a big place — this is one of the best subways I’ve been to. They adequately staffed for the lunch rush and I never felt like I was waiting for a long period of time. Very, very efficient. I found the food to be typical Subway, but I am pleasantly pleased with the efficiency and service of this place.

This is your standard Subway food, but there are a few small things that makes this much better than the average subway for lunch.
The employees are fast, I think they’re checking out someone every 15 seconds. Five, six, seven of them behind the counter.
They don’t care what drink you grab when you order a combo meal — I guess when the place does this much business, it really doesn’t matter. They also put in coke zero in the fountain drinks.
The chips are there for you to get, you don’t waste time explaining to someone who doesn’t speak English what kind of chips you want, like many Subways.
They don’t go cheap on anything, the Italian herb and cheese bread is covered in cheese, where cheap Subway owners will try to put less on the breads.
Overall, this place is a very well run Subway and will always be a great place for lunch.
The only downside is they refuse to take Amex.
