Excellent professional service! Moved from Chicago to Denver with no problems at all. In fact, Chancey and Gibson went above and beyond. Had a second stop at a storage facility. Storage facility was going to lock the gates at 6PM. We had a half hour to get our stuff inside our storage container. The guys made a stressful situation into a breeze. They didn’t panic, got the stuff off the truck and inside the gate no problem with two minutes to spare! Chancey the driver kept in contact with us as we moved to Denver.

I had my household goods delivered today and the crew was OUTSTANDING! They kept me informed the entire time, they checked in with me throughout the move-in, they took great care to keep my home and belongings in tact. They were very friendly, professional, and I was impressed with the entire delivery. I would recommend United Armstrong of Aurora to anyone! My crew was Carlos, Carlos, and a young lady whose name I can’t remember.

Claudio, Juan and Edgar did a great job moving all our belongings into our new house! They were friendly, efficient and provided great service. This was our fourth move across the country and our best unload yet. Thanks guys!

Do not under any circumstances use Armstrong Relocation. The person who came to my apartment to offer me a quote, etc. was very nice and professional. And the quote was reasonable. We exchanged several emails leading up to the move which were also clear and answered promptly. The day before the move I called to confirm that they were coming in the morning and were packing everything. Confirmed. The next day I get a phone call from the movers telling me that they’re coming in the afternoon. Strike one. I explain to him that this is incorrect. He calls dispatch to tell me there was a mistake and they are coming in the morning. I then remind him that they’re packing everything. He tells me that’s not correct. Strike Two. I call dispatch who confirms that they’re packing me and apologize for the mistake. They come and pack things promptly. They do, however, forget to pack two closets and all the pots and pans. I have to flag them down before they leave. Strike Three. Then, two months later they try to bill me for the cost of packing me up, claiming it wasn’t in the original contract(it was). Strike four. Items were lost in storage and ruined. Strike five. Stay away. In fact, I’d stay away from any franchise that’s part of the United Van Lines system.

They just helped me move three huge pieces of equipment from Santa Barbara California to Colorado. Super quick call backs. I thought this move would be huge hassle. They handled everything. I would totally use them again. Personal call from the executive team after was a big plus. We’ll done Rick and your team!

My wife and I have moved many times. This company provided the WORST moving experience we have ever encountered. They are affiliated with United Van Lines who must not care about the quality of their local affiliates. The movers damaged several items and tried to cover up two of them. They were arrogant and argumentative. They were inefficient, time-consuming(we were charged by the hour) and disorganized. Their supervisor(Russell) was haphazard and told us he really didn’t want to be doing this work any longer. Except for their sales representative(Freddie) who heard our call for help and came to the site of our move-in, the company and its executives have been unresponsive and cavalier. They do not take responsibility for the things that went wrong and they do not give any indication that they care about service or customer relations. If you are moving to, from or in the Denver area, our advice would be to stay away from Armstrong Relocation(United Van Lines).
