AirCom provides courteous and professional service. Mike has been servicing our units, making repairs and even installed a unit over the several years we have been a customer. He is also available night or day if we have an emergency. He was referred by a friend and we have referred him to others. He provides the service we need at a reasonable price and never tries to sell us something we don’t need. We would not have anyone else provide our A/C service. He is wonderful to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

Mike at Aircom had looked after a couple of my houses over the years after he was highly recommended to me by a friend. He is always courteous, and, a rarity in this business — often EARLY for appointments! I follow an annual service schedule and have rarely had problems with my AC. Recently, my AC went out so I called to book a next day appointment. Mike called me back and told me he was in the neighborhood and could come over right away. Saved me from an evening of 100+ degree weather. I have never had him try to upsell me, so I’m very pleased and would highly recommend.

Mike was the best! He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel upsold. He presented me options for new AC replacements and told me to let him know. He even offered rebates that saved us money. Our old units were about 14 years old. That was October 2013. Fast forward to today, no issues with our new unit. Great job Mike! 03⁄2012 I have always used Mike for my air conditioning needs, however, last year, my hubby was mowing and flipped the braker which caused the air conditioner to cut off, we are an older couple so we called Mike from Aircom, he came over and said it was our braker switch and charged us $ 94.00 to switch it back on. I was shocked. 03 – 2013 Called onn Mike once again, shame on me, air conditioner was no longer cooling. Mike said we needed a coil and we should think about replacing the unit because it was pretty beat up. He said the coil would run us $ 1800. and with the unit $ 4500. I told him we lived on social security and we just couldnt afford it right now. I asked him for a senior citizen discount as stated on his site and he said yes I’ll give you 10% and then he added another $ 189. for the service call!!! I agreed and wrote the ck. He said that he would call me by end of day, he didnt, he said he wrote my phone # down wrong, I called the next day and taked to his wife an said she asked him to call me. Mike called I and said that we would get my unit installed by the next day, I asked him what brand he would be installing and he said a Lennox. On the following day he arrived early to install and didnt not install a Lennox, he installed a unit called Aire Flo, which he said was a Lennox. After research I found that Lennox did own the co. but did not make the brand, and the unit didnt have the Lennox warrannty. I assisted that he lower the price because the unit was under %1000. and the excault coil was $ 140!!! I asked him to lower the price but he would not. I was ripped off.
