Wow, I thought I was in Mexico. Waiters could not speak English, the cashier and cooks spoke English as I spoke to them. I asked several of the waiting staff/table cleaners where the restrooms were and they looked at me like I spoke chinese to them. The waiter spoke to another one in Spanish and that one said«pecito English» as you can tell I only speak English. So I ended up asking a person behind the counter and he told me where they where. On top of this rediclious crap of not speaking English they only had 3 types of pizza. Pepperoni, cheese, and hamburger. I now know why they moved from oak hill to this location. I hadn’t been there in years and know I remember why. Worst pizza by Mr gatti I have ever had, yes absolutely the worst! Good luck eating here. I do belive it Is a major safety violation if something happens and they need to evacuate everyone. I will never be back there.

One star because my daughter had her birthday party there and the host was very unprofessional! However never again will I have a party here because we went to a party this past weekend and one of there employees stole my daughters phone and the phone was being tracked and the managers don’t care to do anything about this matter so DONOTHAVE A PARTYHEREORYOURSTUFFWILLCOMEUPMISSING!

I come here from time to time and first let me say the buffet and games are overpriced and the quality of the pizza can depend on what time you go. If you go when it’s slow they’ll have a lot of pizza but it’s usually stale and warm/cold. If you go when it’s crowded the food will generally always be hot and fresh but the selection is not all that great for the amount of space they have. But I like the seating and the pizza is actually rather good when it’s fresh so I’d say it’s pretty… decent.

Went here last night and was not pleased at all. The host was very nice But the pizza was just gross and cold. I thought there would be more of a variety. The only thing good about the place is the arcade area. Everything else 2 thumbs down.

Came here after a day of tubing and wanted to re-live childhood. Beware that they automatically charge you for a drink with the buffet, you have to actually request water so you won’t get charged. I think this is a little sketchy, but maybe that’s just me. The salad bar selection was fresh and there was a good variety of veggies and pasta salad/potato salad, etc. The pizza was pretty good too. Pepperoni jalapeño was a fun combo and I love the supreme. They have a good amount of dessert options as well. The space here is pretty awesome — they had different theater rooms for movies/Disney channel, sports, and games. Their arcade looked really fun for the kiddos and the whole place was kept very clean. Definitely a fun place for the kiddos!

I remember coming here in the past and having a great meal/experience. First of all, register girl said they do not take vouchers from the mail, because their buffet offers more than the usual stores and they charge more. If that’s the case, do not print vouchers for the public to use. Second, all the pizza is cold, and keep in mind the place is packed. Third, it’s completely filthy in here: floors are all sticky, empty tables are a mess, bathrooms are disgusting. This location has really hit rock bottom. If you’re just craving pizza, may I suggest Double Dave’s around the corner or hit up another restaurant to have a good meal/time. Too bad there isn’t an option to hit negative(-) stars lol.

Gattitown is officially the worst place to take your kids although my children loved it I as a parent had quite a few concerns first there was a bunch of black roachs every where and the booths were horriblely fithly as well the food was bad worst than the gattis pizza that I occasionally vist and if that’s not bad enough the game room is quite pricy for the crappy little toys givin and the employees were the worst a bunch of rude teenagers avoiding you to bullshits their job and finally after chasing one of them down I was told that he didn’t know how to operate the bumper cars and directed my to kelsy a manger that although helped alot with the bumper cars was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in life

Birthday party for my nephew. This place is better than I expected. I was imagining a Chuk E Cheese type thing geared to the under 10 crowd, but was surprisingly pleased with the variety of things to keep all ages engaged for a hour or two. Pizza buffett is average but the Salad Bar I’d rate much higher. The variety and freshness of the fruits and vegetables far exceeded the norm for this type of establishment. Not cheap when you include games and such, but nice for an occasional treat with the kids. I do want to make mention of the staff and customer service. Very attentive, engaging and helpful without crossing over into overbearing. My youngest nephews whoppee cushion prize broke before we left and they replaced it without a hassle, just little things like that over other places that made this a good joint.

My family and I stopped in here randomly one evening to play some games. None of us had been here before so we were not really sure how it worked. When we approached the front counter we found out in order to play the games you had to purchase a buffet. We decided since we also had not eaten dinner we would go for it. The pizza buffet was $ 7.99 per person and it was Mom’s night so my sister(the mom) got to eat free. You got a game card with some money on it, we opted to add more to it. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the buffet and salad bar. The pizza was fresh looking and it looked like better quality than Cici’s pizza. There was a ton of stuff on the salad bar too. We ate in a theater room where my 3.5 year old nephew could watch the huge tv screens with cartoons on. Boy was he occupied. After dinner we headed into the game room. The game room was kind of like a Dave and Buster’s for little kids. I guess it was similar to Chuckie Cheese but it seems like they had more games for a little bit older age. My nephew was able to play most of the games. He loved the video games where you sit in the car, sled, motorcycle or whatever else there is. There was one where it was a snow mobile that tilted side to side. He loved it! There was also a photo booth that was pretty cool. My sister, nephew and I all were able to squeeze in and get a portrait taken. My mom loved it! One thing that was pretty cool about Gattitown was that you did not have to worry about keeping up with the tickets — they go right back onto the card. Then when you are done and head into the prize room they just swipe your card and it tells them how many tickets you earned. Overall I thought this stop was a hit. My nephew loved it and it was perfect entertainment for him even at 3.5.

I gave it one star because Unilocal won’t let you do any less. We were discriminated against age wise. My husband has gray hair and the twit at the front desk assumed that with gray hair comes the senior discount. It was my birthday and I was no where near sixty. Then they had the nerve to charge us anyway. I will be calling corporate and giving them a mouth full. Lousy customer service and so so quality of food. Avoid this place at all cost.

OK, so I actually did go back for a school function and we did have a good time. Pizza, while not anything to write home about in terms of quality was hot and pumped out frequently with a decent variety and the salad bar was on par with your typical chain buffet joint; not fantastic but decent for the place. The back rooms and games and amusements were all pretty fun. I can see where the place can get pricey quickly, at least compared to a Chucky Cheese, but this place also has a lot more game options too. I still vehemently object to parents of birthday party attendees having to pay to attend, but we’ll probably back as we had a good time. If I could give it 2.5 stars, I would.

For $ 20.99, you can eat –n– drink and get a $ 20 game card for the game room. My girlfriend and I both hadn’t been in years, so we thought to check it out. For a Friday summer night, it wasn’t too bad. I will say that the amount of kids running wild within the main buffet area was a bit annoying. I remember why I don’t really like places like this again when I see that the cups placed at all the refill stations are still wet. I’m not sure of the dishwashing quality, but the food was decent. I admired the large mural paintings on the walls and the sun shade blinds. We were able to sit peacefully and enjoy our meal without too much interruptions or loud noises. As far as the game room goes, there’s a lot of games to choose from and the black chairs they have to sit down our also a nice addition. If we decide we want a cheap decent pizza buffet, I’ll come here again.

Okay, I’m not exactly sure what the draw is to this place… I mean, its like paying $ 9 to eat in a middle school cafeteria. No option to order a pizza, only the«buffet.» Nearly $ 40 for our family of four to eat here? REALLY? Pizza is limited to cheese, beef, pepperoni, and now and then they will throw something like jalapeños on a pizza, or pepperoni and pineapple… how did they come up with that combo? No thanks. They warm up pouches of pre-cooked spaghetti, sauce, and Mac-n-cheese and then squeeze the contents into warmers, as well as canned corn and canned green beans. Salad bar isn’t terrible, but wasn’t exactly amazing, either. Desserts are hard to come by, as they are gone as soon as they put them out. In fact, this place feels like it’s out of everything… all the time. Clean cups, food, and I couldn’t find any Parmesan cheese anywhere. At least at Chuck E Cheese, you can order what you want in an attempt to keep costs down. This place had their hand out from the minute you walk in the door. Make no mistake, you pay A LOT for the pizza, but if your kids venture into the game room, be prepared to keep on spending. Gattis, if you’re going to charge these kind if prices, you need to back it up with food that looks and tastes like you really care. Seriously, watching your employees squeeze mac and cheese out of a bag isn’t appealing at all. Second, for the price, there should be more drink options than soda and fake tea. You can get that at Cici’s for half the money… And they’ll make you what you actually want to eat! Next time, I’ll pick another place that really wants to earn my business.

Complete waste of money. Tables were sticky and dirty and the salad bar not much better. It’s as if zombies got together and started a resturant for other zombies. Zombie people just waking around looking for food(brains) and zombie employees trying to ignore them. I especially loved the part where I had to pay upfront for mediocrity.

About Average I’d say. The food is average, salad bar ok. Place is definitely more built to accommodate children, feels like a lunch room. Probably a decent place to take kids but not my kind of place.

DATE: 3÷28÷2013 So I’ve been to GattiTown a couple of times, but this is the first time I’ve been invited to a birthday party there, meaning I can review all of the store. My brother’s birthday was coming up, his birthday was on Easter, so we had to set it on a different day, we set it on a late Thursday night. Traffic was pretty heavy, but it always is, so let that be a warning, we paid our admission, and got our party room. The room was clean, colorful, and overall, they did a good job decorating it. There are also certain themes you can have your party, including Football, Baseball, other various sports, Pirates, Military, etc. My brother chose Pirates. The guests came and we went to the buffet. Some of the food wasn’t the warmest, but that’s why you wait for a good pizza to come out. If you ever been to Gatti’s Pizza before, the food is obviously no different. So we got our game cards and hit the arcade, you had to ride the Frog Hopper or the Bumper Cars before you did anything, just a warning for you. Bumper Cars was loads of fun, and I didn’t ride the Frog Hopper, but what I can say is that’s it’s a much smaller version of Scream at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. After Bumper Cars, I tried out other games. Another thing is that if you haven’t been here in the last 6 months, the games have changed ALOT. Almost 60% of the games have changed. Even worse, THEYREMOVEDCRAZYTAXI. Darth Vader: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO But the games are still fun, I got lucky on this one new game where you press the button on where you want to drop the ball(No sex joke intended), I got 250 tickets. So from there I just played a whole bunch of games where you get tickets. In the end, I got 481 tickets. Obviously, no arcade is complete with out prizes, so I went for some prizes. I ordered a Bart Simpson(from The Simpsons) plush, a Goofy(from Mickey Mouse) figurine, 2 jolly ranchers, a whoopee cushion, and a bouncy ball. Overall, GattiTown made me feel like a kid again, and I think I found where my next birthday party is. PROS: Clean, colorful, great food, New games CONS: Staff hard to find, REMOVEDCRAZYTAXI OVERALL: 5/5, Prepare to feel young again.

We were going to go to Furrs, but they had closed, so after a Unilocal search, we found this place. You can tell the food is all frozen, pre-packaged and reheated/cooked, but the staff was friendly, fun and amazing. We were sitting in a room that had a table of very tall young men with a couple of adults there. One of the kids had on a walking boot from an injury. So, to help him out, his buddies were getting his plates and there was a bottle of ranch on their table for him. One of the staff came up and stated the ranch had to be left at the salad bar area. I don’t think he saw the boot. I went up and was going to explain this to the manager, but the employee that did this was just on his way out the door. I caught him, explained about the boot. I get the ranch has to be kept at a certain temp to satisy the health dept, so I asked if they had some to go cups or something they could pour ranch into . Then, something happened I have never EVER seen before. The employee actually went and personally apologized to the kid for the situation. WOW!!! That won bonus points with me.

Had my daughters birthday here in January and had low expectations after reading the reviews but was very happy with the overall experience. They had a few options price-wise so we could choose what worked for us which I liked since we were not really sure how many would show(they didn’t host the party, we just brought it there, that might be an important distinction). They had a sports room where we watched Football and had a little place for adults to relax as the place is catered to children. They had movies playing in other areas if you were not into sports. The rooms were a little cramped and tight but it didn’t seem to affect our experience and you could tell the staff was constantly working to keep the area clean which wasn’t a small task. They were polite, helpful, and courteous the whole time. To those who would complain about the noise level, the place is catered for kids, what do you expect? It’s not that bad. I thought the food was great, not at all what I expected based on other reviews. The pizza was fresh, crispy, flavorful, better than any pizza buffet I’ve had before. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh as well with a good variety of toppings. It was clean and I saw someone checking it often. I also LOVED the fruit bar they have set up with a good variety of fresh fruit. I also liked the additional buffet items like the Mac & Cheese, Roast, and Desserts. My only complaint was the tea machines weren’t working… three machines and all three were out, Bummer! The game area was incredible, huge(and very busy). Fairly easy to move around most of the time, mini bowling, mini basketball, dance games, the stack ticket games, and BUMPERCARS! Not many«shooter» games, lots of driving games(little balance please). This was a place kids of a wide age gap as well as parents can have some fun and I really enjoyed it. Price was nice too, fro $ 20, my daughter was able to stay entertained for almost 2 hours, not bad. I enjoyed this place and would have no problem recommending it to people :) Have fun! Food — 4.25 stars Service — 4 stars Cleanliness — 3.5 stars Value — 4.5 stars Overall — 4.06 Stars

I was a little worried after reading the most recent reviews of this place on our way over there, but our experience was much better. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t gourmet pizza in a nice restaurant — It is what it is, you know — a family pizza buffet with video games. We were looking for some place where we could eat at our own pace, not worry about a crying baby bothering anybody, and have a little fun — and that’s what we found. Many of the concerns others have raised we didn’t see — there was plenty of hot pizza of different varieties with the ability to order one of your own if you didn’t see anything you liked, several pasta options, a freshly stocked salad bar. and employees were clearing tables frequently. Their video game selection was heavily focused on driving games, so if you like those, you’ll love this place. We were in the mood for shooting, and the only one worth playing was Terminator Salvation, but if you’re only going to have a few, that’s one to get. The mini-bowling was actually pretty fun too. Two tips: 1. it’s pretty far south in Southpark Meadows — not quite to the theater, but almost. Quicker to stay on the I-35 feeder road for a while than to enter off of Slaughter like we did. 2. Tuesday night Moms eat free with the purchase of a kid’s meal
