IF you go here Order a Stuff Crust Pizza with BP sauce(Butter & Parmesan) on your crust! Oh my Goodness its like having crazy bread crust stuffed with cheese and your pizza! Ok so doing this makes it a 11.99 plus tax. But I am telling you the kids and family will love it!!! We just tried the Bacon crust pizza. In my opinion if it was possible they should double wrap it with Bacon. Can never go wrong with too much Bacon! We call in a wkly order 10 – 15 minutes before we go and its HOT, ready to pick up and we have no complaints about our orders, or service. The staff is friendly to any of us who have picked up the pizzas and talkative.

Called to order pizza to this location. A guy asked for my order and i was told it will be ready in 15mins. My husband went and pick up the order after 20mins to give them enough time to get it ready for pick up. When my husband got there the guy in the counter told him they did not get any order and it will take 9 mins. The guy asked my husband if we called the right number. We’ve been ordering at the same location by phone for 2 years and that’s the only number that was stored in our phone to order. This is the 5th time it happend and there are times they don’t answer call the phone will ring for more than 3mins.

Uuughh. Wish our breadsticks were overcooked(previous review) rather than NOT cooked. Breadsticks flimsy & pizza not fully cooked. I don’t usually like chain pizza but at least its edible most of the time. This was bad

So incompetent — called at 2:00 to place an advanced order of 8 pizzas for 4:00 pick-up. Said they«lost» my order — this is the second time they have done this to me. Manager said, «This time it’s not our fault. Our system went down.» However, when I called, it was already down, so how did you take my order to begin with? Ever heard of paper and pen? Then when I finally got my order, they gave me 3 wrong pizzas. Figures…

Tonight after shopping, I was in the area and decided to try the new bacon deep dish pizza. I was a little hesitant because I’ve had mediocre food here and shitty customer service, but I thought I’d give it another shot. So, I’m basing my review on the food and the customer service. Food: The pizza probably stayed in the warmer for about 15 minutes, as it was not even hot when I inspected it in my vehicle. When I got home, I opened the box and noticed that there was hardly any bacon wrapped around the pizza. After I bit into a slice, I noticed that the dough was still raw. I was too pissed off to take a picture, but I took a picture of it after I took it out of the oven to finish cooking it. Not good Little Caesar’s Tech Ridge, not good. Service: I don’t know who Miss Anaiz R. Is but she can use some work on her customer service skills because it sucks. I arrived with a smile and she looked at me like I was a burden and asked sternly, «what do you want?» Honey, you never say that to a customer and at least smile and pretend you love your job. Anyway, placed my order(bacon deep dish pizza, buttery garlic dip, and crazy sauce) and she handed everything to me without a word. I stopped and stared and then she asked me if I wanted a receipt, but I already picked it up off the counter. When I got home, I noticed on the receipt she charged me $ 1.50 for«toppings on the side.» What the hell is that??? I didn’t ask for additional toppings or anything else. Clearly she wasn’t paying attention and it looks like Little Caesar’s Tech Ridge scored an extra $ 1.50 for carelessness. Overall, the food tasted like crap and the same can be said for the customer service from Anaiz. I won’t be back here again and I hope whoever reads this will reconsider going to the Little Caesar’s at Norwood or Pflugerville.

Trying out the new bacon crust pizza… it smells and looks delicious. Wait till we get home to taste it. The staff here was friendly, but had too many things going on at the same time – maybe work on #workflow structure a bit more in training… nevertheless, they got it all handled despite the stress – and with smiles too :) [disclaimer: this review is comparing a fast food pizza experience to fast food pizza experience, not to gourmet or specialty pizza experiences…] update: it IS delicious!

Went in to grab what I thought was a quick and ready dinner before the storms hit. This company’s big advertising ploy is «hot n ready» and ‘$ 5″. talk about false advertisement. first off, the hot n ready pizzas are now $ 6 not $ 5 and second, there were NO «hot n ready» pizzas«ready», all us customers had to wait 10 – 15 minutes for our orders. The girl behind the counter wasn’t particularly friendly either, just stood there until I initiated the conversation. What happened to «Hi, how can i help you?» Pay the few extra bucks and go to another pizza establishment.

I ordered buffalo wings. The cashier gave the container of wings to the preparer behind him. It took less than thirty seconds for the preparer to return the wings with buffalo sauce. I have purchased the buffalo wings there many times and I could tell that the preparer did not spend enough time preparing the wings with buffalo sauce. When I got home, several of the chicken pieces did not have any buffalo sauce on them. I called the manager to complain and he did not appear to care about his store providing poor service. I don’t plan to go to that Little Ceasars again.

If you like something that has very little taste then this might be your pizza parlor. From Home Slice to East Side Pies Austin is home to some of the most excellent pizzerias in the country, if not world. What is served here is nothing but a bad joke of what a pizza at least can be. You want/need to pay less because you can’t afford more, I understand, but why not just go and by yourself a loaf of bread it will save yourself from eating that awful cheese. I can see one exception, that is there is a time LCs is worth going to. If you are terribly drunk and easy bus lines or bicycles to reach a better eat don’t exist using this to sop up the liquor might, might make sense.

«$ 5 Hot-N-Ready Large Cheese or Pepperoni, at participating locations!» Apparently the Tech Ridge Little Caesars does not participate. Not $ 5. And not ready. I guess since we got it right out of the oven instead of the warmer, I’ll give it «hot». Mostly I felt sad for the dad waiting with his hungry kid for the one they ordered, as we watched one staff member load 2 soda bottles into the already full front fridge with the urgency of… well, something apparently not really urgent. The P’ville LC usually had it all together. I’m starting to question your commitment to Hot-N-Ready, Tech Ridge Little Caesars. But who am I kidding. If I’ve got 5.99(plus tax), and not enough time to get to the slightly farther Marcos on Research for Cheezybreadz(mmmmm… Ranch dressing), I’ll probs be back. #cryforhelp #pizzapizza #shouldajustgonetoBaris

I just moved here and am used to paying only 5 $ for a hot and ready so I was kind of disappointed to have to pay an extra dollar, but it definitely was worth it. It was probably the best hot and ready I have had
