We visit this location all the time because it is the closest Panera to us. I’ll start by saying this location is ALWAYS running out of pastries, especially cookies. Two out of three visits they are out of the candy cookies by 6:00 p.m. I would say about 50% of the time the experience had is a negative one. One time we were waiting at our table for our order for over 25 minutes. I went up to the counter and could see our order on the screen in red counting up from the time we made our order. Other new, green tickets were being delivered left and right. The person behind the counter never acknowledged me standing there until I literally grabbed her attention to get a manager. They had somehow skipped our order over. The bus boy delivering the trays I guess didn’t have the sense to notice our ticket on the board for an excessive amount of time. The manager made it up by comping us for our meal. He was very nice. This was the worst experience we had. Other times the food is fresh and delicious. Compared to other Panera’s I’ve been to, this place is ran very poorly. With it’s perfect location and amount of traffic this store receives, I would think Panera would keep more of an eye on this store. It’s a consistent mess. Thank God they put in the self service tablets. I have left the store after standing in line for an excessive amount of time due to not having enough cashiers. We left again tonight because they had NO cookies except lemon drops. This was at 6:30 p.m.

Really great brunch buffet with lots of options(both healthy AND naughty). Bottomless mimosas were heavy on the champagne, which is how I like them, BRAVO! Great omelette station and fresh waffles. My 3 year old loved the pancakes with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Our service was also wonderful. Our first time here and we will return for brunch again.

First time ever eating here and just was not impressed. I was not sure what to order and told the girl taking my order is was my first time. She just stared back at me like hurry the fuck up. The floors were dirty and there was a yellow bucket catching water from a leak. I’m sorry if I’m going to spend 22 dollars on a pb&j, half of a sandwich(that I finished in 3 bites), a cup of bland corn chowder, and 2 drinks. I expect to at least have a clean comfortable environment to eat in. #neveragain

I have always been a fan but will never be back again. A friend and I went her per my suggestion and not only was it dirty, but the service and food were awful that day. I’m not sure that the chicken on the pasta was even chicken. Gross.

I used to be a big fan of Panera, but I must say I think my last few experiences have given me enough reason to not return. Suffice it to say, prices seem on a steady climb while food palatability seems to be trending ever downward. I love that Panera is trying to remove junk(artificial ingredients, colors, etc.) from its food, and I’d happily support that, but the food is just no good anymore. Admittedly, I haven’t visited Panera in a long time, but today I bought a meal, fountain drink and coffee mug«for here» for $ 17.60. I’m serious. Almost $ 20 for a meal, drink, and coffee. At Panera. For that, I could’ve gone next door to Whole Foods for significantly more, and significantly better quality food. Food that I could’ve EATEN. I ordered the Wonton Broth bowl for the first time today, and I couldn’t eat more than 1 bite. For that matter, I couldn’t stand having it at the table with me, the smell of it was just atrocious. — And I love asian –and asian-inspired– foods. I’ve never met an asian food I couldn’t at least power through, if I paid for it. — And I’ve had fish head soup. Anyways. I dropped the uneaten bowl off in the disposal area and went to get something else, since I was still hungry. I ended up just getting a chocolate croissant. I joked with the girl at the register about how I was not ATALL a fan of the wonton soup, so I was just going to get dessert. Despite my protests, she went to tell the manager… and he walked straight past me without a word. I paid $ 9 for a bowl I couldn’t even stand the smell of. The manager didn’t care. I bought my croissant(another $ 2.79) and went back to my seat. Then I went to get a mug of coffee to drink with my croissant. Wouldn’t you know it, both urns left out for the afternoon are empty. I asked for some Decaf to be made, and they made some. Anyways, this felt like a total waste of $ 20 and I will not be returning. For that much I can get 2 really good meals, drinks and dessert from Whole foods next door.

While not a fan of most of their food, the Broccoli Cheddar Soup in a bread bowl keeps me coming back. It is probably the only thing I ever order, but I love it — down to the last bits of soup soaked up in the top piece of the bread bowl. Aside from the broccoli soup, all other items I’ve tried in the past have been mediocre. Nothing that I would order again. Service at times is a bit slow from the order taking process to food delivery to the table.

It’s like an oversized Starbucks with a bigger menu but without the quality or staff members who know customer service. You can use Wifi and hang out with a little more privacy than most coffee shops, but the food is just okay and overpriced. The real difficulty of giving a positive review is in the salads: the Whole Foods not 200 yards from their front door has maybe the best salads(and selection) that I’ve had in Austin. Recommendations: * The smoothies are consistent * The bagels and cream cheese are solid * The breakfast food tends to be better but they don’t serve that all day

Oh Panera, why did you get my chicken thai salad wrong? I mean corn and beans in my hair salad make no sense. I rate it four start because I’m addicted to this salad. That’s all I go here for. Well the bagels are good but I don’t know if that’s frozen like most of their products. The salads are at least fresh. I was disappointed when I opened my bag and gaunt corn and beans in my salad. I mean don’t get me wrong, I still ate it and I love those veggies too but I wanted my edamame. Maybe next tune they’ll get it right.

I like Panera Bread, but really I only get a bagel and an iced tea here(a handful of times I’ve had the iced coffee). There isn’t much to review on just that! I have to ask them to toast the bagel twice because I like it crispy on the outside, which they are happy to do. Definitely sign up for the rewards card; even just getting a bagel here and there has added up to dollars off of drinks or free iced coffees(which I otherwise would not have tried).

I was very happy to discover that Panera was still serving breakfast past 10:30. The food was quickly prepared and served right to the table. I ordered the egg white sandwich with avocado and cheddar. The sandwich was a little bland but after adding a little chalula sauce it was perfect. This particular location was very clean and the workers were very polite. For a chain restaurant you can count on Panera to have fresh ingredients and a variety of healthy choices. You can purchase cold pressed juices from Panera now.

This Panera is great! I got a salad along with some creamy tomato soup. I forgot to order a drink and went to go buy one but the girl just gave me a free drink! Places like Panera go above and beyond in their service!

Not a good experience today at all. Stopped in at 7;30 to get my co-worker and myself two breakfast sandwiches to-go. Ordering went smoothly. No lines when I walked in at all. I waited about 10 minutes and Izzy said my sandwiches would be «right out» He said they had to make eggs. Maybe 5 – 7 minutes later he hands me a bag, I check it… one sandwich. Showed him my receipt and he apologized. He began making another sandwich. Then he realized they were out of bacon. I watched several guys walking around with clipboards as a line began to form up front. One of the guys with clipboards noticed the line and yelled to the back for another girl. Actually yelled and sounded really angry and rude. He then blew by me and asked if I had been helped. I knew this fool saw me waiting along time already. All of a sudden he is going to yell and act like he is doing something by asking if I have been helped. You know I have been helped. You know I have been waiting a long time. Meanwhile Izzy is running around trying to figure out how to get some bacon. I feel sorry for all the people that just walked in the door. So it’s prime time busy breakfast time… there are no eggs, no bacon… one guy that seemed brand new making everything, a manager that has no idea how to make a good decision, step-in and take over getting the customers helped and I waited 37 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. One was cold with egg shells and bacon bits. See my photo of my $ 4.18 cent sandwich. Cold eggs with egg shells… yum…no salt or pepper. I was also 10 minutes late to work. Maybe this was an off day, but I think the goal in this area is to get people to stop before going to the office and lunch time right? Who is going to wait that long? I could understand if they were busy, but there was nobody ahead of me. Something is really missing here if there aren’t the least bit prepared to make a simple breakfast sandwich at 7:30 in the morning. I can’t go back…

Wow, totally disappointed in Panera tonight. Seems like this place is going downhill quickly. Here are the things that they didn’t have(just what I overheard and asked about): baguette(what??? Every meal comes with one), pulled chicken, a number of soups, and there were more. The tomatoes in my salad were FROZEN! Wide didn’t get her chips. Others were going up and complaining. Line was out the door – manager offering apologies but kitchen staff yelling. Bad night maybe, but I’ve come here since it opened and it’s just getting worse. Too bad, I really enjoy Panera. This location is tough, guessing it might not be here too much longer.

Half a sandwich(on a small loaf bread size) and an apple should not cost $ 8. I’m sorry but these are not lunch prices. Maybe in NYC or Beverley. Hills, not in Cedar freaking park Texas.

My $ 6 turkey BLT was an abomination. It was about the size of the palm of my hand and the ingredients were as fresh as the sandwich was large. The staff didn’t know any of the ingredients in food on the menu. I’d ask for my money back, but now I’m 11 miles away, forced to eat the bitter bread of discontent and tell of it over the Unilocalisphere.

Panera is great for breakfast or lunch. It is always quick and the food is consistently good. Their bagels are very good, especially the cinnamon crunch, but be aware that they charge for cream cheese. Their coffee is always super hot, so much so that we sit there adding ice to it until it is drinkable. For lunch, I like their salads and soups. They also have good cookies and pastries. Everything on the menu has calorie counts, sometimes a good thing, sometimes bad. Get a panera card and earn free coffee and pastries. It’s free and they can look it up by your phone number so you don’t have to have it with you.

Not impressed. We haven’t even received our order yet. Not clean. All the tables were dirty and stuff on the floor. The customer service was very impersonal. My girlfriend asked for water and got a quickly spoken, and unclear answer. Asking a different person, she got the exact same type of response — like they’re trained to be rude and confusing. They’re not busy, so the lack of cleanliness, the slowness, of the service, and the rudeness, I can’t recommend this place.

I’ve been a long time Panera fan since my high school days but man have they gone down hill over the years. I still enjoy the atmosphere but I can no longer defend their prices and quality. Food here is expensive. Period. There’s no way around it. $ 7 for a tiny sandwich? $ 10 for a small bowl of pasta? And no, the quality does NOT justify the cost. Worst of all, they no longer allow bagel substitution as a side item! What a bummer. Quantity is the other problem. Their bowls look big but they never fill it up all the way. I’ve always liked their Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich but it’s just a small scoop of chicken salad placed on a regular square slice of white bread. I got their Chicken Tortellini Alfredo in large a few weeks ago and I honestly thought they gave me the small portion by mistake(I even brought it back to the counter). It’s just sad. Oh, and do yourself a favor and DONOT get their new«broth bowls». They’re a joke. I tried their Soba Noodle Bowl with Chicken and it was the smallest portion of noodle I’ve ever had. Again, deceptively large bowl but unfortunately, it’s only about ¼ filled. As for the taste, it’s just… regular soup. It’s so normal that I can’t think of an adjective to describe it. Don’t be fooled, there’s nothing Japanese about it. It’s actually kind of insulting that they’ve added soba into this«broth». And guess what, it cost $ 13 with the chicken add-on!!! So yeah, I’m out. I don’t foresee myself coming back often anymore, which is sad. Austin, please open a Mod Market or something.

@PaneraBread My experience with this location this past week(order #11423489): — Placed order online for a company meeting in Austin later that week. $ 60 worth of food; website said they don’t deliver to my company’s office in Austin, even though the admin there has them deliver all the time — My co-worker called them the day prior to change to delivery, which Panera was cool with — On the day of, they were supposed to deliver at 11am. As of 11:30, we hadn’t gotten a call or anything(e.g., if someone got lost en route) — We called them; turns out our food(a mix of sandwiches, soups and salads) was just sitting on their counter with a note that said ‘do not deliver’ — We didn’t get our food delivered until around 12:30, so soups were cold and sandwich breads were soggy. No apology, no discount for future purchases for our trouble, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never use any Panera again for delivery, personally or professionally.

Pretty much your average Panera Bread with lots of seating. Decently priced yet uninspiring sandwiches. My order gets messed up way too often. How did my side of chips turn into the tiniest little apple I’ve ever seen. At least give full-sized apples! Also I get confused when the staff tries to deliver my food to me as my buzzer goes off. How can they keep track of my location that well with so many people around? This is a Pepsi establishment. That means no Diet Coke(no one drinks Diet Pepsi). Fortunately there is the always-fantastic Dr Pepper.
