I went the other night having missed my favorites since moving to Texas a year and half ago. Now they just opened so I’ll cut some slack but seems there is work to be done. I couldn’t remember the name of my favorite sandwich(Sierra Turkey) and when describing the sandwich(turkey on Asiago bread) to the cashier I got a blank stare. She turned around to read the same menu board I was reading. Uh… ok… Do you not know your own menu? So waiting for sandwich some guy was standing chatting up the staff, I’m thinking he was an off duty employee or friend. Well they’re trying to make orders and kept getting mixed up, and chatting with him wasn’t helping. And certainly didn’t make things any faster. The manager chatted away with him and after seeing me standing & staring for far too long asked what I was waiting on. Again looking around at orders everyone looking lost.(It was not busy) How about throwing that dude out and getting back to work?! But the food was as good as I remembered it, just service was terrible.

Been to this Panera probably twice a week this past year. Spectacular service, tasty food, and just overall great vibe. Occasionally you get the loud crowd or the business guys that stay at a table all day(guilty :) but what a great atmosphere! The manager, Jonathan, is the best in the business! If you want that small-place feel with corporate quality, this is the Panera to come to!(Best WiFi too!)

I ate lunch at this location today and was very disappointed in the service. I got a cup of water with a lid and sat down with my boyfriend and started having a conversation. Our server(nicholas) brought us our food and I went to take a sip of water when I realized there was a fly in it. I informed nicholas and he replied in a rude attitude«well not like we are gonna take the ice machine apart or do anything about it so just dump it out» I then replied he should inform the manager(because a fly in my water is disgusting) and he just walked away. My boyfriend took my cup and told the manager(Felicia sandeval) and she said«well it was probably already in the cup nothing I can do» um you can offer me a new cup! I didn’t bring it to her attention for free food it was to let you know there’s flies in the ice or cups. I am very disappointed in my experience here. As a manager you offer a new cup and should be concerned for a fly in your cups or ice because things are most likely not being cleaned. As a customer I felt very disregarded and lack of concern for insects in your stuff. I won’t be eating at this location again. Get better customer service skills, or hire more mature staff. Very disappointed.

I’m pretty fond of Panera. Back in the small town I grew up, Panera was the first place that actually catered to the student population. It was always clean, had a patio, offered free-wifi(before this was a thing), had those fancy vibrating beepers, and food was a step above in quality(but also prices) than what the competition offered. It was a great place to go with your laptop and get some work done or just chill and people watch. So it was a pretty big shock when I stopped by here. The floors and table were dirty, the staff were teenagers who by definition are eye rolling know it all a-holes. I ordered my usual — You pick Two: ½ Frontega Chicken Panini and a cup of Broccoli Cheddar Soup and a baguette. The soup was how I remember it. The baguette was hard as a rock but could still munch on it after dipping it in the soup. But the panini was a straight up mess. Some of the ingredients felt old/stale and it just looked like it was put together sloppily without any care or concern as if it was just yet another chain — like burger king or subway. But then it hit me, Panera is exactly that. And this ain’t my small town. So I guess this is expected. I’m still not writing Panera off. the one on Bee Caves down south still has hints of that vibe but I am writing off this particular location.

Completely unremarkable soup and salad dining experience. I think the market has passed Panera by. There are so many other places serving similar menu items that offer a superior product to Panera. Soup was store-bought variety and salad reminded me of one at the grocery store that’s pre-made. Nothing wrong with those store bought options but I expect better when I eat out. Newk’s or Corner Café(both Arboretum area) are much better options.

This restaurant is relaxing and comfortable. Everything on the menu is excellent. The food is nicely seasoned and we’ll prepared. If you are looking for fresh bread that’s crusty on the outside and rich and tender on the inside… you’ll find it here. Order a sandwich on this great bread or take home a whole loaf. Soups are very good too. The pastries and baked goods offer a chance to stop by in the evening just for tea and brownies. Join their rewards program online to get some free goodies.

The service has gotten better, particularly from Katherine and Jen. They are both so pleasant and welcoming especially early in the morning. There is still room for improvement as they have mixed up the self-serve coffees on several occasions, they haven’t had decaf espresso in a while(don’t ask why I would even need that), and I’ve gotten other people’s orders or incomplete orders on some occasions, and the coffee area usually needs to be cleaned.

Always good fresh food: soups, salads, and sandwiches. I dont get to come in here often, but when I do I appreciate that I can get a light healthy meal at a nice price. Additionally, its always a relaxing atmosphere if you need to catch up on studies, books, or simple quiet time.

Panera has pretty tasty pastries. My favorite is the Bear Claw. I usually go in for a coffee. Ask for a regular in a mug– that way you can receive refills for free! Try their Apple Fuji Salad for a flavorful, crispy salad with their signature salad dressing. It gets pretty busy on Sundays with the church crowd, watch out! Quiet time is usually during the week between 2:00 pm — 4:00 pm; right after the lunch rush and before dinner. Plus: Purchase a whole baget to go along with your dinner– if you are making it at home.

This location is fairly janky. The entire staff is like 17 years old and most of them are awkward, but some of them are rad. The Panera crowd is the real enemy here. Loud families treating the place like their own dining room, middle-aged women throwing everyone shade, and business lunch people. Panera has good food, though. Try to get here before all the crazies.

LOVELOVELOVE their food. Their prices are ridiculous, so I am not a frequent customer, but everything from bagels to soups to sandwiches are great. I have never had a poor meal or dessert here.

Came in this morning to get some bagels for work. Wasn’t crowded, parking was easy and staff was very friendly. Usually I order a sammich, but I really wanted some bagels to bring in for my coworkers. In and out in less than 5 mins. Prefect because I am always running late for work! Will be coming back to the convenient location. Only thing not convenient is getting back to 620⁄183

This is the second time in a week I’ve left Panera without getting anything for lunch because I specifically went there for the Turkey cranberry flatbread sandwich they’ve been advertising extensively, and they are STILL out of the cranberry sauce to make it. I went there Friday and now Monday and they haven’t made sure they have the necessary ingredients for the sandwich they advertise most. VERY disappointed.

The guys helped me find the sandwich I had been searching for, for months. THEN, when I asked for more pickles, the lady GLADLY gave me a handful of pickles wrapped in brown paper.(THISMADEMYDAY) let me tell you why. When someone just does that, without making faces, or comments,(we’ve all experienced asking for ketchup at some point and receiving«one» extra package. Wtf Am I going to use that for? My ants?) Anyways, it was great to feel that. I had traveled mikes and miles to get here. When I received my sand which is was the perfection you only see in movies. I looked at it the way a mother looks at her newborn child. Every bite. every single PICKLEFILLEDBITE, was amazing. And you made my day. So keep smiling and thanks.

Does it get any more vanilla than Panera? It does not. Easily accessible. Good food.

I’ve been here several times for group meetings in the morning and the membership card keeps me coming. The tables are clean and the service is usually pretty good. Of course I go in the mornings, so it might degrade as the day progresses. I like the fact that you can stay here for hours and not feel rushed to leave. The prices are a bit high for what they serve. I do like their pastries and coffee is consistent-not great not bad– but I like that they time date the coffee. The food is inconsistent in size even though they are a chain. My friends will order the same thing and get different portion sizes. The noise level gets pretty high once the lunch crowd rushes in.
