I used to go to Potbellys all the time when I lived in Maryland so I was looking forward to this! Unfortunately we were ignored for a few minutes while an employee stood right in front of us doing her side work. I wondered if I should ring the assistance bell, maybe she didn’t see us standing there. Finally she acknowledged us, only to make us feel as if we inconvenienced her by being there. I’m glad another girl came to our rescue to finish our sandwiches; she was friendly and quick. I would probably recommend going through the drive though, at least you won’t feel as uncomfortable.

New place, only customers there. Eight employees busy talking to each other, not worried about us. Food was meh. Could be a good place, clear some employees out and teach them to do their job.

Let me just start by saying the food is great. I’ve been to numerous locations and they are always consistent and tasty. The customer service at this location during my most recent visit was not great. They weren’t all that busy and it took a long time to get our order. While waiting, we were asked, «what did you order again» numerous times.
Rating would have been a 1 or 2 had the food not been great, which it was. I’m hoping the customer service will improve since this location is still fairly new. If not, I have no problem driving to the Mopac location.

Not very impressed. Overpriced. They didn’t ask us if we wanted our sandwiches toasted or not which we don’t like. Not a lot of flavor and seemed very unorganized in there. Plus I saw a guy blow his nose by the sink washing sink near the food but then didn’t wash his hands. Something that should have been done in a bathroom. We will not be back

I am glad we have another sandwich place in this part of town. After quiznos went out, we were left with just subway. Best thing about this potbelly is the drive thru. How wrong can you go when you can order your sandwich in drive thru. Just for that reason i go to this potbelly. As far as food goes, its another sandwich. Its the bread, ur meats, ur veggies and ur cheeses. No doubt its much better quality than subway, but i think its pretty much in line with which wich. I will be going there again because i just like sandwiches period!!!
