I walked in today at 8:27 am and was surprised to see that the store was already open and the guy behind the counter helped me real quick and the great conversation helped my otherwise grumpy Monday morning! This is my go to UPS store from now on! I highly recommend it!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! Went there today and got there a few minutes before they were suppose to open. No problem, it was only a few minutes. WRONG… the store opened up 15 minutes late. Yes, FIFTEENMINUTESLATE!!! I had things to do. Then, when I took in my box, the guy was messing with the gate instead of waiting on all of use who congregated outside due to opening late. There was a FedEx guy also waiting there and he said this store is always late opening up. Take your business elsewhere… I sure will!!!

Sam and the staff went out of their way to help notarize some paperwork and overnight a package. We came in all flustered and in a rush and they knew exactly what to do and how to get it done quickly. This UPS store seems very friendly and a great resource in the area. Highly recommend them.

The owner of the Mueller UPS store goes out of his way to provide top notch service. I’d heard it from others but experienced it first hand after I failed to get a receipt for returning an expensive item to . Nearly a month went by when Amazon contacted me and claimed they hadn’t received the item. I panicked, so was happy to find the e-mail address for the Mueller UPS store online. I wasn’t expecting much. However, the next day, Sam Patel, the store owner, e-mailed me the tracking information, including the name of the person at Amazon who signed for the package! To me, this was exceptional service… fast and helpful. I could not have asked for more.
