Incredible mochas, I won’t get them anywhere else anymore. Very tasty baked goods, too, and their breakfast sandwiches are great. Nice atmosphere.

Quick breakfast spot with helpful staff. The barista even gave us some advice for our road trip up north. If you have time take a minute to go to their boardwalk area. It is a great place to take some pictures or just take in the fresh air.

Clean little coffeeshop in a pretty seaside town but thats where the compliments end. I always hold small town coffeeshops to a less intense standard but the two cappuccinos i ordered took 20 minutes to get out. When i finally got them they were bland from the over amount of milk they used to cover the burnt espresso shots but worst of all though was the labeled cups the clerk took such pains to point out to me were backwards, which was a problem as my girlfriend has dietary restrictions. All in all, i paid $ 8 and waited 20 minutes just to throw our drinks away.

Nice little place in Bandon. They make a mean cup of hot chocolate!

The place is cute. The coffee was good but the breakfast sandwich was puny and overpriced. Employees were pleasant. I’ll return for the coffee but I’ll pass on the food. Sandwiches looked uninspiring, too.

I was really excited to check this place out… I love good coffee and I love breakfast food. We actually went twice because we needed quick breakfast on the way out of town and I was hoping we maybe just had a rare bad experience the first time. I was really not that impressed. The staff was aloof, the coffe drinks were to sweet(like starbucks sweet), and the breakfast bagels were not that great. The bagel itself was good but the egg was overcooked, the first sandwich I am pretty sure they used fake cheese(which is crazy since the Bandon Cheese factory is a block away) and the bacon was undercooked.

Service is sweet and they make their own bagels, donuts, and cinnamon rolls! The fresh cinnamon rolls were the best!

Best coffee shop in Bandon. Tried the rest first and suffered through shite service, scorched tongues(no milk-temp control) and terrible lattes. Bandon Coffee Café got all things right: atmosphere, product, people & service with a smile. Save yourself the frustration ~ Skip the rest & come here for the best.

Like any good caffeine addict, it’s any-port-in-a-storm when I need a cup, and a decade drinking my way up and down the Oregon coast has taught me the value of approaching the local coffee with less big-city discrimination… This is about as good as I’ve ever done at the coast. I’m not free with the 5-star reviews, and let’s be clear this isn’t pilgrimage-level coffee, but if you just bought a place in Portland or Seattle and your Local pulled shots like the friendly folks at Bandon Coffee Café, you’d have no reason for complaint!

Found on Unilocal while driving through the Oregon coast. Great coffee, yummy sandwhich and delicious homemade potato chips. Was exactly what I was looking for.

Good coffee and nice people but very average bagels with the rest of the bakery selection on level with a mediocre donut shop. The bakery goods could be so much better. Potential that is not being realized

Great local coffee shop! Worth the visit. I had the white mocha latte. Since it was a 20oz, the barista gave me the option to have a third shot of espresso for free in the drink. Of course! I also had a pita sausage egg and cheese sandwich that was very tasty. I would stop again while traveling through.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for some coffee after our stay at Bullard Beach State Park. They have super friendly staff, great coffee, and delicious food. We ordered a regular coffee which comes with free refills(we live in CA so, this was music to our ears) and a vanilla latte with an extra espresso shot which was also free. We shared a bagel and cinammon roll which I thought was a little sweet, but my boyfriend really enjoyed. I would definitely love to come back.

Quick stop off of highway 101, in old downtown. Was a fun little shop with homemade goodies. We had a chocolate chip cookie and man that thing was dense! Probably 3in thick. Also coffee is roasted in the town of Bandon. It was a bit too many flavors for my liking of coffee, but still fresh and the ladies behind counter were really nice.

Excellent service, wonderful breakfast sandwich, the latte was perfect! Consumed in a sun-lit window. We are taking some of the beautiful baked goods to fortify our day at the coast!

Comfortable, casual ambience, really good(organic) coffee. Friendly helpful staff. We tried the triple berry pie, and the Yonkers openface bagel sandwich(lox, cream cheese, capers, tomato, cucumber and onion). They were both great. Portions were very generous. I wish we had been hungry enough to try more things, since everything we had was delicious, and ingredients were very fresh. Extra bonus was very well done local wildlife photography on the walls.

One of the things that I least enjoy while traveling is being mistaken for a tourist. Don’t get me wrong! Being a tourist ain’t that bad, when it’s what you intend. But when you’re traveling, you’re someone different: a passerby, a wanderer, a temporary presence, but definitely not a tourist. The difference may be subtle, but it’s significant. Tourists stay in one place for a few days, or weeks, intending to do so and never claiming to be a local. Travelers only stay long enough to rest up, slow down from the road, and get a «feel» for a place where they might well return(possibly as a tourist) someday. What’s great about Bandon Coffee Café is that travelers feel welcome there, or at least *this* one did. And that’s what an ideal coffee house is supposed to be: a respite from the sun or wind or rain or cold; a comfortable spot where locals congregate but outsiders aren’t stared at; and a place where the community values and civic virtues are ideally on display: Plus, good coffee and fresh baked goods sure help. Which was very much the case here: solidly brewed coffee, a nicely made espresso drink, and some delectable muffins and breads. Bonus was the display of B&W photos on the wall depicting Bandon’s history — a temporary art exhibit commemorating a new book that has just been published. Outside was a student art exhibit of sculptures made from trash collected from the ocean: an excellent strategy for emphasizing an environmental theme in an aesthetically pleasing way: While sipping coffee and refilling my aluminum bottles with fresh water, I lingered over the photographs, long enough for a woman at a nearby table to engage me in conversation. She worked at the local history museum and archive and gave me an impromptu tour of the images. It was a kind gesture and inspired us to spend a little extra time in Bandon, after the coffee stop. It was Saturday, and we visited a local farmers’ market, then stopped at the beach to admire the views. By the time we left, Bandon was no longer just a spot on the map. It was a living and breathing place, with fine coffee and fun-loving residents who made us feel like home. For a few minutes, at least. Then it was time to move on. Be a traveler! Life is much more interesting that way. Now we know where to get good coffee when in Bandon, which is more than we knew when we arrived.
