Wendy’s

I understand this is a Wendy’s so my review is not on the food, most are pretty much the same and that’s why people return. My review is on the Drive Thru service, I’ve been to this location many times over the past 10 years. In the past year though service has gotten worse, especially in the drive thru.
In the last two weeks I’ve sat at the drive thru ordering, only to have (I can only assume a younger employee who doesn’t care much for their job) goof around. Anywere from being told they’ll be right there and returning to tell me they’ll be right there while giggling. Or pulling up to see two teenager giggling and texting while I sit (the only car mind you) for 10 minutes without acknowledgement. Today was the final stray, I pulled up placed my order and had them repeat the order to me but be completely off. Example: Me — I’d like a number 8 no tomato please. Them — A number 2 with tomato (giggling). Me — No, it’s a number 8 no tomato. Them — Got it a number 6 (giggling). Me: Goodbye.
I get it, we’ve all seen the movies and it’s funny there. But maybe we should keep the immature one’s away from the drive thru where they think they can do whatever they want. I won’t be back to this location, luckily there are plenty of other Wendy’s around that provide good service.

This place is terrible! Came here last night for a salad & now I’m sick to my stomach literally. They pulled the whole, here’s your salad deal by piling fresh greens on top of not so fresh ones. They will definitely hear from me cuz this isn’t the 1^st time Old Wendy tried to pull this trick on me. You b*tch!

I’m done with this Wendy’s. Fries are cool to cold fifty percent of the time and usually over salted. Today they served me a glass of yellow water instead of lemonade. Returned it and they just walked away. Finished my sandwich (with cool fries) and they still hasn’t brought me a drink. I finally returned to the counter and they gave me a drink. Poor service to often at this Wendy’s.

I agree with the other reviewers. It is a typical fast food Wendy’s. However I think the employees here are really nice. They always compliment me on my husband’s car, which I of course always pass off as my own. :)

Wendy’s is Wendy’s. I agree with the earlier review that they generally don’t screw up your order. Had good service too the time I went here. They smiled a lot and weren’t snobby at all. I’ve been to many Wendy’s and this is def one of the better ones
