Don’t take your phone to this place. They are not Apple certified and if they touch your phone neither Apple or any other repair place will touch it. We took our phone there for a repair and they charged us $ 169 only to have the exact same issue occur again an hour later. So we took it back to them and they said they couldn’t diagnose the problem. And they wouldn’t give us a refund and now no other place will touch it once I mention I took my phone to batteries plus bulbs. Stay away!

I needed a battery for a commercial sign. It turns out they did not have it but spent the time looking it up on line and found it for me. So even though they could not make the sale they still spent the time. Really nice. I will be sure to come back if I need anything else.

I selected the batteries I needed and stood at the register waiting to pay. The gentlemen behind the register excused himself to help someone else that had arrived before me. I was good with that.
Then two younger gentlemen looked at me and instead walked to help the ladies that arrived after me.
I left and while I was typing up this review, the first gentleman came out to apologize. So, ladies cone here and gentlemen, I hope you get the adult supervision in the store because he got it.

These guys know what they are doing!
I bought a replacement battery for our home security system and they knew exactly what I needed. Very professional and friendly guys.
The only downside is their miserable parking lot but they can’t help that!

These guys are awesome. I work right next door at the Eye Level Learning Center, and twice my car has refused to start after I got off work. Both times, one of the employees has jumped my car. This first time this happened, a regular jump did not do the trick. One of the employees then took at least half-an-hour to try to help figure out what the problem was. He tested the voltage on the battery and found it was very low. I couldn’t buy a new battery that night, but he used some super special machine that got my car started again. The second time this happened was about a week ago, and he jumped the car using a ridiculously small battery charger they now carry – it’s about the size of a laptop battery. Super, super nice, and not pushy at all – even when it was obvious I really needed a new part that they carry.

These guys were great. I drove in with a burned out headlight and Alex not only looked online for the correct replacement but came out to my car and personally replaced it. In the dark! His knowledge and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
