Haircut was fine, I got what I wanted the only thing I was upset about is the misleading information on their website. The website says their haircuts is $ 25 – 35 dollars in price but the actual price for a women’s cut is $ 50. I paid, but the service and quality of my haircut was not worth it in my opinion.

Mindy is the the best! I’ll definitely come back for her! She is expert on haircut I would say that! Good job Mindy!

If you want a kick-​butt eyebrow wax that takes 15 min and costs less than $ 20, Mindi’s your girl! I got there almost an hour early, but she got me in right away and it’s no wonder because she’s SO quick! She just hustled me in, kept me talking, and went at it with wax, tweezers, and a razor at lightning speed until my brows were groomed to perfection. I will definitely be visiting her again! Note: The salon’s appearance was a little off putting for me at first, and there’s absolutely nothing fancy about the products or presentation. Don’t go here if you’re looking for «pampering» or «me time»… this is a place for practical, excellent results quick.

What great service, I had my hair colored and facial message, I had been affraid in the past to get my hair colored, but not any more. Mindi used a chemical free dye and my scalp did not burn. It looks so natural no one could tell I had colored my hair. I was camara ready after leaving her shop, highly recommend Mindi for your hair care needs.

I was in Factoria and decided to check this place out since i needed a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I called ahead for an appointment.
When I arrived at 12:30 there were 2 other customers there and 2 – 3 employees.
Mindy was the one to do my toes and my eyebrows. She is really talkative and funny. But I don’t really trust her skill set now.
The facility itself is a little dingy :(I can’t tell where they sanitize things.
The pedicure went alright. I’ve never had my feet wrapped in hot towels before. She didn’t use those foam toe separators on me, or have those thin foamy flipflops for me to use during my wax. I also didn’t see or get to use a fan for my toes, so they had to air dry. I still don’t think they’re fully dry and I drove all the way back home to Seattle.
The wax job is where the bigger problem lies. She sat me in a salon chair right next to the pedicure station. This chair doesn’t recline and there is only one lamp right near it for her to see my face clearly. The waxing station looked really unsanitary as well :(
THANKFULLY I have both of my eyebrows in tact. They’re not to my full liking, but they look alright. BUT I have fucking wax in my hair! I also found like 5 different spots on my face where it wasn’t wiped off properly.
I’m really disappointed in the whole experience.
A pedicure, eyebrow wax, and lip wax was $ 48. Ever since Helle closed in Georgetown I’ve been on the hunt for a new eyebrow gal, I’ll have to keep looking.

Mindy did a great job! This was my first time here and she got me in without much notice. She gave me a great haircut, was very friendly, and was fun to talk to. I recommend her!

I use to work in LA and have gotten my haircut in ktown for the past 2+ years. I was stressing that I didn’t have a place to cut my hair anymore and entertaining the idea of flying to LA for a haircut, which was deemed ridiculous by everyone. I was lost, but now I’m found. Recommended to come here by a Korean buddy of mine and on a Sunday late afternoon (4PM), called them and Mindy said they were open, so I happily drove by for my 6PM appointment.
Haircut for guys is $ 25. It’s a hair wash, followed by hair cut, followed by another wash, which was the same thing as my ktown place (Hills). Mindy even gave me a scalp massage on the 2^nd wash, not sure if she does this everytime or just cuz she had time.
I was pretty satisfied with my haircut as I only showed her a pic of my old haircut and she did a pretty good job cutting it. I’m one of those guys that seek consistency, instead of adventures when it comes to hair, so I was definitely happy with the results. I was hoping the haircut would be a little bit cheaper, but I’m definitely a fan, and shall be returning in 3 weeks.
Mindy’s also hilarious to talk to and has some other Korean hair ppl that work for her. She has a lot of Korean patrons, and you know those Korean pretty boys are very particular with their hair.

Mindy is the ONLY person I will allow to touch my brows! She shapes and cleans up your eyebrows in a way that compliments your face. At your first visit, she’ll ask you what you want, but she won’t hesitate to tell you if what you’ve done in the past is too thin or too high or too unnatural. Don’t be surprised if she cleans you up and then tells you not to touch your brows for a month before coming back so she can fix what you’ve been doing horribly wrong for the last x years! (this happened to be my first time)
I’ve gone to Mindy for over 6 years and now even my husband goes! Yes, she does men too (she has a lot of male clientele who drive to Factoria from Broadway!) and my husband’s eyes have never looked better.
If you’re in Seattle, she’s worth the quick drive across I-​90. She only charges $ 10 for a brow wax and it’ll be the best $ 10 you’ve ever spent on your brows!
I swear by her. All my friends swear by her. Even my hubby swears by her!
And to top it off, she’s hilarious to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome in her salon.
