I’ve been doing business with Area Rug Connection for over 15 years.
Area Rug Connection has every bit the selection of rugs I’m used to (after moving here from Portland), and if they don’t have it in stock, they have access to just about any rug on the planet and can order and get it in record time.
The one thing that the Portland stores DID lack was excellent customer service.
Brook and Woody at ARC are the most accommodating, nicest people you’ll find anywhere.
I highly recommend to anybody in Central Oregon (and beyond) who’s looking for ‘the right rug’, and service that feels like family to drop in to Area Rug Connection.
