I am disgusted with this place!!! They are always to busy to help or annoyed when you ask for any kind of help. But here is the biggest thing. I’m looking on this 65% off rack and found this beautiful sweater. It had not tag. So she huffs and puffs because she has to look it up. I told her there wasn’t an exact match but others similar. So she said«here’s what I’m going to do» she tells me that the brand of sweater is Very! Expensive! As if I couldn’t a for it in the first place. She says it as she looks me over cause I’m wearing sweat pants and a gray shirt to match and an over sized jacket.(I just had my appendix out and my nicer and form fitting cloths snag on my stitches soooo that’s y I had more relaxed clothes on) So Anyways, she looks me over and makes up her own label without even knowing the real price. $ 129 dollars it said and then she take the % off and it ends up being $ 45. Is that a deal after the % yes but for all she could have known it could have been originally $ 80 n I only would have paid $ 19. What I’m getting at is she was way to lazy to find the real price and the fact that she acted as if I couldn’t afford it was beyond rude!!! Never again will I shop there. Boscov’s for now on.

Haven’t had the best service here. Employees always seem too«busy«to assist you or annoyed when asked a question. I’ve had a pleasant experience at their makeup counters though.

Well, this isn’t the best Macy’s around. They don’t carry a lot of the higher end designer labels like some of the other Macy’s do. However, the customer service is good. The lines move slow sometimes but once it’s your turn you will most likely be satisfied with the experience. The reason for my review today is because I’m so thrilled with their excellent return policy. My mom had bought me a Betsey Johnson necklace from Macy’s one year for Xmas which I loved. Close to a year later, I put the necklace on and somehow it got all tangled in the back including the clasp. We tried to get it off of me but this thing was not budging. There was no fixing it and I was pretty disappointed. My mom said«Don’t worry, I’ll take it back to Macy’s. They’ll return it.» I was baffled by this… the necklace was about a year old… no tag… no receipt. Sure enough, my mom comes back with a NEW Betsey Johnson necklace. They allowed her to exchange the necklace for a new one. Not only that but it was the same design with updated colors. The new necklace was actually much nicer and I couldn’t be happier. This time around I’m going to be so careful with this delicate piece. But really, what other store would let you do that? I spend tons of $$$ at Macy’s and at least I know if something goes wrong with the merchandise, they are more than happy to exchange and/or return… no matter how many days have passed. Stores like Forever 21… FORGETIT!
