Wow! I did not know there were any more Blimpie’s in business. The last time I saw one was like 8 years ago and I think that was an airport kiosk.
Always feels funny ordering a Philly Cheese Steak in New England from a company from Arizona.
A real Philly Cheese Steak has Cheese Whiz, (Whey, Canola oil, modified milk, mustard, worcestershire sauce, etc). This sandwich has provolone which some say originated in Italy (yet I suspect it was made in Wisconsin). Bread? Who knows, it’s not bad. Yet nothing of that has anything to do with Pennsylvania.
Blimpie’s uses some sort of black pepper sauce which makes it unique to Arizona.
I’m just absolutely blown away by the fact that one of these is still in business. What a rare and cool find. Friendly staff too.

Clean, spacious, and comfy dining room. Fresh bread and meats. Super friendly sales staff, all smiles and infectious laughs and excellent customer service.
I popped in for lunch today and couldn’t have had a better experience. Yes, I know it’s fast food, but how many times have you gone to a fast food joint and left feeling icky over bad food or bad service. Not here. Everything was fine. I had a 6″ Turkey Italian with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, pickles and jalapenos on jalapeño bread.
Very very good indeed, and reasonably priced.

I drive all the way from manchester just to eat their subs, they have a housemade horse radish chipotle sauce which makes me drool. My usual order is a Veggies Max :)
This store sells cheese n meats, sorry guys I have not tried any of it still. Will update when I try Cheese :)
I first visited this Blimpie when I stopped by next door (Lim’s health food center) since then Im a big freak of this Blimpie ;)
