I always get excellent service specially from Carlos. He is extremely professional and takes his time to explain things to me kids and I «patiently» even when I have a long face he’s always in a good mood. I’m an older woman so don’t think that I’m posting this because I «like him». Lol
Anyhow we always feel welcomed when shopping here but I did encounter one rude guy there once but I haven’t seen him since.

Really friendly staff. They can’t always beat the big box store prices, but they make up for it with a knowledgeable staff, who go out of their way to help you.
The selection is really good and they have all sorts of accessories for sale from older systems.

Good prices but the staff is not very friendly. I think they would be happier if they didn’t have customers.

get all my gaming business. But every once in a while i revert to my inner gamer which i hid and tucked away a long long time ago and succumb to going to this place. This particular location i frequented when i was up at school/​college in CT. I lived with athletes and gamers so we would all go and get different games which ever ones we were interested in as a group or all throw down. This location was convenient because its within a mini mall, while i was waiting for food i would just go pick up a game and be happily satisfied during the wait. I was able to get my reserved copies of fifa 10 and nba2k10 with no problems no hassle no waiting with a snap of my fingers. Also when they didn’t have pro evolution soccer 10 they called up a few other game stop’s until they were able to reserve it for me, umm i wish customer service could be like this every where i’d be a happy man
