Really Horrible service
Went in to have an eye exam. We were 5 minutes early before the store opened. A blond woman approached us and we told her we were there for an exam. She then in an irritated way checked and then told us no less that 3 times that they are not supposed to let anyone in before opening. I offered to leave and come back in 3 minutes and she said it was ok. Each time she walked by we got a serious dirty look. REALLY? BAD customer service We like the doctor but not being treated like this. Will not be back to this location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! First the BLOND, screwed up my first order, made me wait while she took care of another person’s order before fixing mine, told me it would be the next day… but after they had my money she changed the story to 7 – 10 days! Now it is 21 days later and still NO GLASSES!!!
