Was served by Eliana Ramos… her attitude sucked. There was some other girl there named Angela Borges and all she cared about was picking her nails. Pretty damn gross. Food was pretty good though. At least the cook knew what he was doing. Pay for sanitation.

You can find this Friendly’s at Logan International Airport, Terminal A, past security near Gate 1. This is right across from a seating area so you can relax while munching on food and a great shake. I first learned of Friendly’s via my friend Alec P — we stopped when I helped him move to Atlanta many years ago. When I spotted this location at the airport I just had to order something. When looking at the menu I spotted something unusual, a Lobster Roll — well we are in Boston so of course I had to order this. I questioned the staff-member behind the register and she was quite helpful, especially in recommending an ice cream flavor for a Fribble — what’s this you say? This is Friendly’s name for a hand-spun milk-shake! I went with the cookies-and-cream and both it and the lobster roll were quite good and much more than I expected. So what are you waiting for? If you’re reading this review you’re probably either in the same Terminal or you’re standing in front of Friendly’s trying to figure out what to order. You won’t be sorry with either of the selections I made — can’t wait to hit this place during my next Boston trip! (also posted to my food blog)

The cooks need to learn how to cook. If an egg turns brown, your grill is too hot. My egg was tougher than the Canadian ham. Frill!

If you want to taste the worst Chicken Tenders coupled with the worst service on the planet… this is your place! Chichen tortured is what they should be called. When told how hard and cold the chicken was — the clerk replied«sorry». Avoid this place ay all costs! Horrendous…

Now I remember why they closed a bunch of locations. The service wasn’t good and the food wasn’t any better. I ordered a Canadian bacon supermelt and a chocolate fribble. They didn’t have strawberry which was disappointing. I had to wait for her to «get the line down» before getting my «fribble» which was annoying. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry. The worst part was that my «fribble» was actually a milk shake and it wasn’t even filed to the top of the cup. For $ 5 I would expect to get what I asked for and I wouldn’t have waited if I knew that was what I was getting.

Breakfast sandwich and home fries was like it has been sitting out for hours. Sandwich doesn’t look anything near the picture. Do not recommend at all!!!

They didn’t have ice for my soda? What restaurant sells you a lukewarm soda and doesn’t offer ice?

Lots of standing around! Lots of young people hanging on each other, eating ice cream and generally playing on the clock. No direction and lots of wasted manpower! I would not return regardless of food quality. At the writing of this review, there were 10 staff members in sight and 2 really working.

I regret not eating all my lunch here — instead I got a crab pretzel at the place across from Friendly’s. However, I didn’t like it and ended up eating more from my husband and daughter’s lunch! The hamburger was great — fresh bun, tasty. The fries were solid too. Very hot/fresh. But the real standout was the strawberry shake. It’s the best I’ve ever had in my life. It is right up there with Burger Bar at the Mirage in Vegas(where the burgers are average and the shakes are incredible). If I’m ever in the Boston airport again I’ll happily stop to get a shake!

The service was gruff but quick and efficient. I ordered a honey BBQ chicken sandwich and chocolate milk shake, and they were both fantastic. Would visit again.

While they got it done, the service was somewhat abrupt. I order the crispy chicken salad, and while it is edible, it is nothing spectacular. Look, I love salads. I DONOT drown my salads in dressing. But they gave me ranch in a container that was only 1⁄5th full and literally a equalled about one tablespoons worth — this was enough to cover one slice of tomato on the salad. Stood at counter in an attempt to get more dressing… with only one other customer and at least 5 staff members ignoring me — gave up after a few minutes.
