My overall take of tanning here for three years: It is simply not worth the money! For a $ 45(WAY over priced) level three spray tans, I don’t think Aspen Tan is a good value. The customer service is non-existent, and whoever is manning the desk is always bumbling and confused on how to change the VersaSpa settings when I explain I’m allergic to the moisturizer and would like to skip that part of the session. Your tan will not last. Because they water down the VersaSpa formula(Yes, I’ve had VersaSpa tans elsewhere and I only need a level 2 to be very dark!), you will be streaky and see your tan fading within 3 days. There are always somewhat friendly people at this location, so a star for that and a star for the VersaSpa booth, which is alright. I took my business elsewhere: Tans To Go for the custom airbrush tan and only wish that I discovered it earlier and could take back all the years I have given Aspen Tan my business…

Ive come here regularly and although I love their tanning beds they’re not the best at sanitizing as i got a RINGWORM on my back. I am extremely disappointed considering this is the most important job they have, CLEANINGAFTERUSE. So thank you Aspen Tan for giving me a ringworm!

Went here with a coupon for 3 free tans. The place was empty so the only girl working have me all her attention– which I needed since I have never tanned before. She was very helpful though I wished she would have told me that I was using the wrong kind of oil.

The Aspen tan on 29th street has always been an enjoyable experience the two times I have been there. However, I write this review for the aspen tan on the hill, since my experience there has been nothing but miserable. I paid for a season pass a few months ago, and canceled it the following month due to poor service. There is always a wait upwards of 30 minutes for the lower beds, and despite the fact that all of the other beds are not being used, they refuse to offer them to their customers. They also charge for every little thing. The other day, I went into the salon, there was a 30 min wait for a lay down blue bed. No one wanted to use the stand up. I offered to use the stand up, in order to help with the large wait. However, I explained to them, that I had lost the string which would hold my goggles on while standing(which i bought from them). I asked for a string/wink-ease eye covers. They refused to help, telling me I NEEDED to pay the 25 cents for a pair of winkease(I had already spent at LEAST $ 130 at this establishment prior and did not have my wallet at the time) After a great deal of attitude, one of the girls assembled me a make shift rubber band replacement in order to hold the goggles on my face. Lastly, there have been multiple times when I have over heard the employees speaking terribly about customers & friends of mine while they were tanning and I was waiting. This just seemed terribly unprofessional to me, and was extremely uncomfortable. The plus–(why two stars instead of one) the beds are nice quality and the establishment is always clean.

Great staff, clean rooms, next level futuristically awesome beds. I don’t do much tanning but when I do this is definitely the only place I will go to.
