We love this place tucked away inside the DMV mall next to the Walmart and 24 hour fitness. They closed for 10 months due to a water break but are back in business. Have tried almost every Indian/​Nepalese restaurant in Boulder and keep coming back to Himalayas. Food is fresh, delicious, authentic and the service is the best in Boulder! We have tried almost every dish on the menu and have never been disappointed.

I love this place, Jaya and Jit are amazingly friendly people, they introduce themselves and remember your name. The food is very tasty, the chai is amazing, and the pricing is great.

This was an excellent restaurant, incredibly friendly staff and authentic Indian food with reasonable pricing and tasty food !! Lots of vegetarian options. The chai tea was yummy as well. We will be returning to this restaurant when in the area !!

I ordered naan, garlic naan, chicken masala, and tandoori chicken. The food didn’t taste like generic indian take-​out. It had a homemade quality that was surprising. The naan tasted like it was made 100% from scratch not reheated (as it is at many Indian Restaurants). The personal touch carried through to their service. I ordered online and the man who delivered it said that his wife made the food. I will definitely order from then again. I can’t wait to try more of there special dishes.

Love this place! Best Nepal restaurant in boulder and best chai I’ve ever had, hands down. The owner is the sweetest man and even takes the time to get to know you. The prices are great for the wonderful food that you get! Lunch buffet is always hot and has lots of variety.
