T-Mobile

Switched 5 phones to a plan with T-​Mobile. A different T-​Mobile store would not make the switch for us since we didn’t want to pay for the SIM cards. Stores charge, but doing this via the internet signup would provide free sim cards. So this store got creative and signed us up for a 3GB promotion, and said it’d auto-​roll back to the 1GB plan after the first month, then gave us credits for our SIM cards, and first month, etc. So it all sounded great until… the plan never reverted back to 1GB so we got overcharged and had to spend a bunch of time on the phone with customer support. We got this straightened out (but had to do it ourselves!). Next, the manager of the store sold us a new LG G4 and assured us there was a promotion thru LG that we’d get an additional battery and leather back. When the dust settled it turns out that promotion was extended in time for Sprint customers only so we called the manager to ask what she could do to make it right for us. NOTHING, with barely a sorry. We were taken! I don’t like at all how the manager handled it so I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

This store is backwards. They hired a new girl that obviously had no idea what she was talking about. She told me I had to trade in a smart phone to sign up for a new plan which would allow me to make payments on an iPhone if I signed a contract. Afterwards she tells me my phone isn’t good enough even though my phone is less than a year old. But she says I can buy a new phone from them and trade that back in to them so I can make payments and sign a new contract. That’s one of the dumbest things I ever heard, no wonder T-​Mobile is losing sales left and right.

I had a good experience in this store. I mean, they were kinda wrong about a few things but nothing too serious. Tara and her manager was super cool and setup my account with no problem.

Great store, the people there on all three occasions did a great job. I switched from Sprint and am very happy that I did. I pay less but have much faster service, and our calls don’t drop. Plus the connection is much more clear.
The phone selection wasn’t very good, they did not have a rugged phone available that is water and shock proof. That’s the only reason why I took a star off. But it is a good place to go to when you are tired with Sprint or another provider.
