Delivery takes over an hour every single time and we are a 10 minute walk, 5 minute drive away. Tonight it has been 1hr 45mins and still no food. The manager says«its on the way» every time and it still takes another 20 minutes. Clearly this business doesn’t care about its delivery customers. Sad thing is, the food is a solid 4.5÷5

Came here on a Thursday night for a good friend’s going away party. Wasn’t exactly In Love with their beer selection, but our whole group had an absolute BLAST with the back room karaōke. Tons of super talented singers and performers mixed in with drunk people just having a good time(see: me.) The Branded Fries I ordered to soak up all the beer in my stomach were delicious, although the $ 8 price tag was a little jarring. Very reasonably priced on everything else. Loved the atmosphere, will totes be back ASAP for more karaōke goodness.(Gotta make sure to squeeze in some«No Scrubs» before last song next time.)

Was just passing by and saw this cool venue. I normally hang out in my local are in park slope. I absolutely loved Branded Saloon. Had buffalo wings which were great! Rest of my family had burgers and a taco. Both were awesome. Overall service was very friendly!!! Great food, drinks and service we will be back for sure!

We were pleasantly surprised with Branded Saloon — the food was tremendous. The beet salad was not your usual beet salad– it had a great citrus flavor, and the meatloaf was off the chain!!! I’ve never had meatloaf that good in my life; I ate it in like 14 seconds. Not to mention the burger was surprisingly excellent. Our waitress Whitney was awesome and gave our dog water with ice cubes. Oh and get the Armored Palmer, fabulous drink. Great outdoor seating as well. We will be coming back soon!

This place is the tits. It’s clutch. It’s the grand paradise that whisks you away from the purgatory of existence that makes you question if you’ve died and gone to heaven. When you step into this saloon, you have. The décor, man. It’s gorgeous on the outside and the chandeliers made of old wagon wheels with lanterns and the sink in the bathroom has ornate carvings and it on an old barrel. It’s grade A. Look. I pretty much just review brunch places and their brunch is the most delicious I’ve had in Brooklyn. Period. I ordered the first two things on the menu to share with my dining partner and we were both entranced by the Holy Spirit. Some kind of pork hash and Benedict with avocado and spicy sausage that just made me cry of joy. I had a sweet tea vodka cocktail of some kind and it was delicious. A+ man. Not crowded on a Saturday afternoon. $ 50 w/o tip for two entrees and two drinks.

I don’t know what the comment about«you have your ordinary bar food» means. The food here is exceptionally good for a bar, from fried pickles to very special macaroni and cheese. It’s a really warm and homey place, one that could easily become your favorite hangout spot.

This is the second time I’ve been here and they were out of white wine. What bar runs out of wine? And another time we were here, they ran out of sangria. The drinks are also poured much lighter than most bars. I want to support it bc it’s queer friendly — but I give up. The fries are good though.

My new favorite place in the neighborhood! Went last night to see my friends band The Ziggernauts play in the back room, and we winded up staying to hear ALL the other Bands play. We were going to leave to grab a quick bite elsewhere and come back, I found out I didn’t need to… ordered fish tacos, fresh and flavorful-yum. the«Branded Fries», Thick cut. Crunchy on the outside Soft on the inside-(for me that’s a perfect fry! .) w/Fresh herbs and garlic. –Delish! Place was rocking in the Front and Back of the house. They were packed and Service was always w/Smile. The owners and staff were Genuinely HAPPY to have your patronage(been to many places in NYC where they act as if they’re doing you the favor to serve you food/drink) I found out the back room hosts all different types of events, and for the Branded Saloon to host/support the Local Music scene is A in my book. My friends and I will be definitely be back and SUPPORT our local gem in the neighborhood!

This nifty bar in Prospect Heights has creative daring drinks for you risk takers and the atmosphere is great — laid back, but not boringly laid back… you know what I mean jelly bean? The front area has bar seats, tables and booths. They also have your ordinary bar food and TVs broadcasting sports in case your company sucks =]. And wait for it… the back area has live music! However, it’s either a hit or miss. The night that I went was a big fat MISS, country music is not my jam(sorry country music fans, but more for you to enjoy?). Overall an awesome bar that I would venture to again and hopefully the live music is a hit next time.

Nice atmosphere and they almost always have live music going on in the back room. They have a good sized menu and the food is ok. I really like the fish and chips but some of the food is too heavy. It’s a solid choice in the neighborhood for a drink or two.

I could have sworn I had already written a review for this place because I haven’t been back in months but it must have slipped through my finger tips. There are a few things that are a ton of fun to take note of the Branded Saloon: their Trivia, and more importantly White Trash Bingo. There are prizes(most of them are lame) for every round. Even if you are a sad pathetic loser like we were every single time, the hostess will come swinging by with free shots which are more like mini sized cocktails. They aren’t amazing and I think all of them were Southern Comfort and lime but it took away the pain for the evening. Food is alright. I’m not a fan of nachos with corn niblets scattered all over them. Mac and cheese I think I tried years ago was solid as are their fries. The beer selection is decent as they had Seasonal Abita on tap and that’s always a good sign. Their specialty cocktails are great too(although a bit pricey) — friend had an Armored Palmor that had an insane amount of alcohol in it. I vowed that if I won the free drink round of bingo I would order their Bacon Whiskey Milkshake and either regret it or love my life. There is always a next time. Also, take note if its your thing they have what I hear is a really great Bloody Mary bar for brunch.

I don’t know anything about saloons and I don’t ever plan on going to a saloon again so I guess take my review with a grain of salt if you’re an avid saloon-goer. My party of 3 walked and wanted to grab a table to order food. It took a minute to get the bartender to acknowledge us, likely because we didn’t immediately pay attention to her very exposed breasts. This is of no slight to her but more to paint a picture of the type of place this is. Not exactly where you want to catch up with friends over a quiet dinner. Once we were finally were helped by a waitress, we ordered an appetizer of fried pickles, a burger, chicken fingers and mac and cheese. Bar food. We are not expecting anything special. As you can tell by what we ordered, we do not have high standards. The fried pickles were nasty. The burger arrived burnt despite being ordered medium-rare, the mac and cheese tasted of the cast iron skillet it was cooked in and the chicken was so salty it could probably be preserved for 15 years without spoiling. TL;DR there’s 100 restaurants in this neighborhood so unless you LOVE saloon life go somewhere else.

I came here only for a drink. The outside patio area and a cool summer night enticed me to hang out here. The beer was flat, as was the beer my company had.

Back again… For more armored palmers and more chicken nachos! Found out the hard way the chicken nachos are only on the dinner menu. Please for the love of Jesus add it to the brunch menu Alex! And — this time I brought my sins and more friends! The food is still awesome and the staff is AMAZING!

I have been coming here for the last year or so and I can say it’s a great place. One of the things that I love about branded is the owner Gerard. He is like always there working the bar and interacting with the patrons. I also love the diversity that his place attracts, you truly get a mix of people that Brooklyn has to offer. The music is ALWAYS on point, well live bands excluded, some of them really suck. As far as food it’s good, I have eaten everything but the burger. I will say the fries can be hit and miss. Sometimes they are not cooked thoroughly and other times they are burned. The chicken nachos are my favorite, very delicious. the apple turnover is another favorite. Overall it’s a great bar with a great staff ohhhh and there is a pool table in the basement.

Your walking down the street one cold dark night and in the distance you see a lit saloon. Home at last! You straddle up and ask the barkeep for a beer. Silence. That about sums up my experience with the staff at the saloon each of the 4 times I have been. Beer selection is good. Food middling. There’s a great back room with music, poetry, and tv which is adds a lot to the overall zone! I just wish the staff were a bit friendlier but hey you can’t have it all.

I’m always a fan for late night restaurants in prospect heights. They serve food up till 3 am certain days! We had the corn on the cob which was really flavorful and fried beets for appetizers. Loved it! Then we had pulled pork and brisket on texas toast for the main course. Late Thursday night dinner, I was pleased with the options. I also wanted to the try the mac and cheese but I couldn’t eat so much all in one night. They also had some creative drink options… bacon whiskey milkshake… mmmm in addition draft beers and seasonal bottles.
