Dunkin’ Donuts

The donuts were dry and tasted stale.
Service wasn’t bad, just kind of weird. The manager (I think) was trying to be funny, but not very well…

Open 24 hours and parking lot is a plus. It’s pretty big Dunkin but the staff most of the time isn’t to friendly. One visit two of the employees were speaking to each other in their language while I was trying to place my order I ended up having to repeat myself 3 times and then the man got upset with me when I began to get an attitude. Be more attentive guys.

The service at this location is GREAT! The people who work here are so friendly. Dominique and Alina go out of their way to ensure that the customers are satisfied. Service with a smile. I visit very often and each visit is a pleasant one. The staff is great and the location is always kept clean. Keep up the GREAT work this is my favorite location !!!

Dunkin Donuts is over rated. Weak coffee and a donut the size of a chocolate chip cookie; not what I expect. The service is slow and the place is a mess. I never come to DD, and this is why (not to mention all there «food» is microwaved).

The instant coffee my mother makes me in the morning with boiling water and dissolvable coffee grinds is better then any watered down monkey piss this place serves!

Hard working staff but the new ones need to learn how to mix the proportions of milk to coffee.

Generally 4 stars. Although, my last visit was a disappointment. They used frosting as filling for Boston crème and tried to pass it off as if I would not know. Unacceptable for a franchise. I hope management read this. If I don’t get a response in 24 hours, I will forward this to corporate headquarters. Yes, you are right… I have nothing else better to do. I want my Boston crème and not Boston frosting!!! … And it is sunday morning. :D

Im a very picky eater, so i try to customize my meal the healthiest I can. I walked in for my morning coffee and tried to tell the guy not to put so much sugar in it and the amount i wanted and so forth. He didnt know what he was doing and kept chatting with his co worker as if i was invisible, which i find that really unprofessional and offensive. A guy named Robert came up to the counter and apologize and took over immediately. Not only was he well mannered, but he also took my order lightning fast knowing exactly what i wanted and what he was doing. Thats the service i least expect in any café/​restaurants. I guess he makes up for the other wrongs.
If you’re not focus or not awake yet, dont work. That guy was a clear example of how everyone should be working. All in all, i got what i wanted and my mood back.

Parking in front, fast and courteous service, friendly staff, no wonder I’m a regular here, it helps that I work right across the street lol.

By far the worst DD I’ve been to. Slowest service ever with only one cashier open when 7 – 8 people are waiting to give their orders. I was giving this location another try since the first time i came here, one of the staff was busy on her phone texting while another staff member was taking orders alone. He asked for some help and she replied «You don’t help me when I need it» so she continued to do her own thing as me and my 5 friends were waiting 10+ minutes for a simple scoop of ice cream. Take your money elsewhere people! Worst service ever.

One of the cleanest and most spacious Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. We waited a while to get our order, but it was okay because it wasn’t crowed and there was a lot space to stand around and wait. The appearance of the food needs to be improved though; the Wake-​Up Wrap I ordered wasn’t even folded and the bacon wasn’t even in the wrap.

What happened? No one knows how to dip a doughnut in frosting? At least the place is fairly clean…

No drive-​thru, but they have a parking lot, which is very small and sometimes hard to get in and out of. The service inside is slow, but there are a ton of seats, if you want to dine in.

Good location — very close to Chinatown — 8 ave and the train station (N)

Typical dunkin donuts… the cleanest i’ve ever been too. Even The bathroom is very clean. Plenty of parking in the lot. Only down side is the service is slow.

great service! it’s clean and there’s music playing. nice place to hang out with friends and yummy donuts and bagels. there is also a baskin robbins here, cappuccino blast anyone? :D

upon grabbing my small (scalding hot) hazelnut coffee —
me: ‘scuse me, can i have a sleeve with my coffee?
lady behind the counter: the sleeves are only for the lattes
me: why? are the lattes hotter thn the coffee?!

Just like many DD’s they also have a Baskin Robbins. Nice open space with plenty of indoor seating.
The new egg white flatbread is tasty, but their coffee tops did not seem to fit perfectly for some reason, causing drips.
Alot of people sitting seemed to have been there for a long time, possibly just passing the time.
