Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins

Honestly, if you ever need a pick me up, are feeling super low and want something from dunkin to cheer you up. Expect them to add to your shit mood by never having anything in stock (im not a picky girl) and having the worst customer service. How is this place a franchise. How is it even still popular? How is it that no matter what time of the day i come they dont have bananas, or ice cream, or fudge, or salted caramel, or whipped cream, or the lattee machine is broken. This isnt only at this location but jesus christ. Everytime? Thanks but ive lost all faith in you completely. And staff should work on hygiene. I

Compared to other DD locations:
Positives:
The personnel are nice.
The place is usually clean (don’t know about the bathroom).
Negatives:
The line moves slow.
You need to check your iced coffee to make sure it isn’t tan water.
You need to double check your order to make sure it is correct.

Fast service and it was very clean. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte and it was perfect. The syrup wasn’t all stuck at the bottom like other places.

Sometimes an Ice Latte plus a donut at DD is just what I’m craving for in the morning and this has to be the slowest Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever walked into. Majority of the time you’ll have to wait an average of 5 – 10 minutes on the line then another 5 minutes or so for them to get your order ready depending on what you’re getting. There’s a gazillion Dunkin Donuts nearby and yet there’s still plenty of people flocking to this one. There are a few small tables. The space is shared with the usual Baskin Robbins. It’s not the most modern looking Dunkin Donut.
Another time I was here for an ice cream cake. I saw a red velvet ice cream cake in Baskin Robbins fridge, I knew it was the one I want for my holiday event and it was a seasonal flavor. The cake was not bad.

Most DD’s are the same, and this one is on par with the rest of them.
The only difference here is the awning is very old-​looking and it’s not as «modern» in this one as the others.
Service is good, the coolata was fine, if you need to go here you don’t have anything to worry about.

Ahhh okay. this is my part of Sunset Park’s version of Dunkin Doughnuts and Baskin Robbins. Services is similar to all the Dunkin Doughnuts I have been to. So what can I say in this predominant Spanish neighborhood. It is convenient for the coffee or ice cream or doughnut fix. You don’t come here to chit chat with people.
When it is hot weather, be thankful for this place’s AC, became I came here one time when the AC gave out. and it was pretty miserable. Oh and also in the afternoon. the sun shine directly on this side of the street… so the light as I recall is never really turned on or is pretty dim.
This location has no restroom. and the place is kinda dirty, since people like to sit and eat here… with the few tables/​chairs that there is.
I see the workers toss out Dunkin Doughnut garbage at the street corner sometimes.
Baskin Robbins I go to for the Pistachio Almond, and this was where I learned that one the flavor is not always there, so it goes pretty fast. and two I am always on the search for Pistachio Almond.
