After searching far and wide for the perfect mattress, we landed at this Sleepys location and had the most amazing assistance from James and Jackie. They were so knowledgable about all the mattresses we tried out as we were undecided between the Tempurpedic Pima and the Beautyrest Legend. Care, time and true dedication were all qualities of James and Jackie. If you are ready for a new mattress they are the perfect people to go to and not feel rushed or pressured. I highly recommend them to all!

Walked in with my mom and a Russian lady was on the phone. As soon as she got off her phone, she approaches us and showed us around. Not that many beds to show us and she did not seem very knowledgeable or interested. When I told her I will come back so my father can try the beds for himself, she said with disgust «why don’t you people buy from the store?» And walked away. 1. Isn’t the store also a showcase for people to try the mattresses? 2. If i walk into any store, am I obligated to purchase something? 3. How does she expect me to go back with that attitude? .skip this store, I’d go to the soho store where they treat people like people.

Talked to a tall gentleman here about buying a mattress and after giving a highest price ceiling he showed me mattresses 300 – 400 dollars above what I’m willing to spend. His excuse was he wants to gauge what I’m looking for
Well if I had enough money for a corolla and you ask me to test drive a BMW, chances are I’m gonna say I like it. But I’m not gonna buy it.
He wonders why I haven’t made a purchase or call back. The brainless people can’t figure out a commission of a 600 dollar mattress is higher than a commission of a customer walking out the door buying nothing.
The funniest thing is he offered mattress protectors (of course!!!) without a mattress sold!

How to get scammed 101. Why would i start out like this you ask? Because i took sleepys to task on there“promise” to beat any price on a comparable mattress by 20%. I found a comparable mattress at Bobs furniture for allot less. I returned to sleepys with all the information and a promise from Anita, customer service rep, that i would receive not a matching price but that they would beat it by 20%. They did not, in fact Eileen had every bs excuse saying first they were not the same, i pointed out the sign behind her several times saying“any comparable mattress”. I was then told they were too different, the extra half inch of gel was suppose to be worth the$ 300 difference. I also had her call customer service Matt also told me they were not the same, again i pointed out there policy“any comparable mattress”. They did not budge and offered NO accommodation what so ever. There promise is a scam there products are way over priced and sleepys, after years of buying and several beds, i think i have had enough BS. You can get the same beds and other products at Bobs or Costco or BJ’s for less and yes with the same warranties.
