I was in search of a reasonably priced futon mattress and used the online chat to talk with Eddie who hooked me up at a reduced price and reduced delivery fee. We finalized the details on the phone and he was both personable and helpful. The mattress was delivered the next day, right at 6:00pm. The delivery guys quickly setup the mattress (which is quite comfy) and took the old one away. I am very happy with the service and the quality and I will likely buy from Sleepys next time I need a mattress.

Just moved into a new apt. and needed a bed ASAP. Got online at 1am and chatted online with a guy named Chuncy. Unfortunately the bed I wanted wasn’t in stock but he got me a higher priced bed for the same price as the original I wanted. He was very helpful and patient in finding me an alternative. I got the bed delivered that afternoon. Great customer service doesn’t get any better than this. Thanks Chuncy!
