Jack in the Box

They always get my order correct. They have great customer service; always very polite and pleasant. The food is always delicious. The speed of the service is phenomenal. I come here often and they never fail me. Today I am trying the chicken fajita pita and it’s yummy AF. I can always count on Jack to deliver nothing but the best. I want them to bring back the hazelnut iced coffee haha.

Walked in and no one was around. All employees were in the back with machines beeping like crazy. Got my order wrong. Cold friend and ran out of condiments. The gay fat dude that looked like a Mexican Gail from breaking bad had an «I don’t want to be here» attitude. Avoid Avoid Avoid
Ps. First one I see employees on their phones while behind the counter. Outrages.

This place has giving up I’m scared to eat the food cuz by the looks of it they could care less about creativity or performance by the way they make your food, yes this is fast food I get it but gezzzz this is sad.

Out of all the Jack In the Box’s I’ve been, this is is by far the best one.
I’ve never been able to go to any other Jack In the Box without me being disappointed.
I’ve gotten uncooked chicken before, burned fries and missing items .
But this Jack In the Box has never disappointed me. The food is delicious and a lot more flavor than the other locations I’ve visited from both OC & LA County.
This Jack In the Box is simply thee Jack In the Box for the most delicious experience.

I have been going here for years… I live right across the street and have since I was born. Not until recently have I hated coming to this jack in the box… for the past 4 months… EVERY TIME and I mean EVERY TIME they have gotten my order wrong. And I come here alot. I have had to go back inside because I have had multiple items missing from my order after then repeat it to me and I say it’s right… it never fails now!!! These new people that they hire don’t know anything… I’m so sick of having to go back its a Waste of time… I’ll be going to the one off orange Thorpe from now on… I’m over this.

Can’t sleep and craving a breakfast jack. Have not had one in years. So strange of all breakfast food. I had to have a breakfast Jack

I come here pretty often for lunch, never that busy and when it is, drive thru moves quickly. I never feel like the food is sloppy which is somewhat expected from fast food restaurants. This is one of the good ones though. The staff is always pleasant and seem like they enjoy their job. The food seems to be as fresh as it can be for fast food!

Can’t go wrong with an Ultimate Cheeseburger on sourdough bread. The cheese and meat tastes oh so good. Fries were hot and fresh too. Combo is 8 bucks… not too bad. The employees are very nice here too. It was pretty satisfying for a quick bite to eat.

Went in last weekend for my daily iced coffee (omg they’re soooo good) and I’m not from around the area, but I figured
That since it was a chain, it’s all the same right? WRONG! I hit the drive through, pay the nice lady, and as my husband starts to drive away, I take a sip of the coffee and spit it out the window. He pulls over and gives me a weird look, there was noooo way that coffee was fresh. I go inside and kindly tell the cashier that the coffee tasted like dirty water, and that I’d like a new one. She automatically looks for the manager (who is nowhere to be found) and makes me a fresh one. Finally about 5 minutes later, the manager walks up to the counter, the cashier tells her that she had to make me a new coffee because the first one tasted bad, and the manager rolls her eyes and asked me with attitude «what’s wrong with the first one?» So with attitude, I responded «it tasted like dirty water with flavor in it» the cashier hands me the new one, and the manager proceeds to say some more garbage to me as I grab the fresh coffee (which was better) and I didn’t want to deal with it cause I don’t have to, so I walked out. There was no reason for the manager to treat customers that way. She’s not paying for anything out of her pocket, and if it was done right the first time I wouldn’t have insisted on a new one. You work at jack in the box lady, relax! What happened to the customer is always right?

No more dollar drinks :(

Jack in the Crack is Jack in the Crack, so you know what kind of food and prices to expect. But this particular location is never crowded, unless it’s a night when Haunt is on at Knott’s. It is always clean, even the bathrooms! And when I go in the mornings, I often get a girl named Letty at the drive-​thru and I always want to give her a hug or give her boss a compliment about her. She is always very smiley and friendly and totally not what you would expect from a drive-​thru worker. It’s always nice to see a happy face handing you a delish supreme croissant sans ham and a vanilla iced coffee. Mmmm…
But Jack, you need to end your 2 for $ 3 supreme croissants or I’m going to turn into Kirstie Alley!
