I have been a customer for a long time! From the time you walk in you are greeted with a smile and now a name and firm hand shake. The new doctor Lee is amazing as she is also very friendly and thorough. The only downside is you have to scheduled an appointment for the eye exam which is not an issue assuming you can find the phone number. Leo does have a gift for finding a great frame that fits my face, style and budget. Overall the process is smooth and I can’t be any happier.

This store at Buffalo Grove is a perfect example if what a local business should be. Leo the owner stands for outstanding service at reasonable prices. Dr Kim who recently moved to this location is one of the very best. Her empathy, diagnosis and patience in explaining every procedure is outstanding. I got my parents checked up at this store and made 3 pairs of glasses. All in all an amazing experience.

Going to the eye doc doesn’t have to be a bland experience… In fact, it can be quite enjoyable!
Yesterday I went for my annual eye check-up and to replace the my broken glasses and my husband’s lost glasses. We were greeted with such friendly «hellos» from the husband/wife duo. I genuinely felt like they were thrilled to see me. In fact, I jumped back a little because the «hellos» were so vibrant. We were served with excellent customer service and I appreciated how they acknowledged that we wouldn’t want to wait around… they were beyond efficient.
While my husband was getting his eyes examined, I must have tried on 25 pairs of glasses. When it was my turn, Leo asked what I was looking for and ta-da! — he pulled the perfect pair for me! And for my husband, he was beyond patient as he tried every color and shape.
Dr. Nelson was also a gem. Calm and explained every detail. I appreciated his honesty and care throughout the exam.
While we have vision insurance, we weren’t eligible for some insurance benefits because we were getting replacements early. Leo still gave us a great price and offered us discounts and how to approach and utilize our insurance in the best way possible.
A charming experience at Pearle Vision in BG!

The owner Leo is super friendly and helpful. There are fancy gucci, dior, maui jim, oakley frames, but also budget friendly frames as well. Great selection and service!
