I was completely satisfied with my experience. Shirley walked me though what the steps were, I gave her a price frame(get it?), she helped me pick a poster frame. It was ready two days earlier than the estimate, and looks perfect. I’ll be coming back!

My office is moving to Burbank in the near future and we frame things every once in awhile, so I thought I would find a shop in our soon to be new neighborhood. I had 3 items to be framed, 2 of which I had the same thing framed on an earlier occasion, so I had an idea what it would cost. The first was a roughly 8×10 document with a matte in a metal frame, I actually brought the one I had framed elsewhere so they could match it(My boss likes symmetry!) I was informed that the style and matte were no longer manufactured, but that they had something that looked pretty close, fair enough, no one will notice. The guy took the measurements and figured out the price, $ 214… I was blown away, I paid somewhere around $ 50 last time, I understand prices go up, but that seemed extreme. I was told that metal frames are way more expensive and that the other piece would be less, he quoted me $ 140 for a large poster with a wood frame, that seemed fair… But there was no way my expense report would be approved over-paying by that much! Long story short, I drove back to Hollywood to the shop I used last time. Not only did they have the same exact metal frame and matte, but the entire order(1 — document, 2 — posters) was $ 254 total… The 8×10 piece was $ 34.50, a savings of $ 179.50(which more than justified the trip back over the hill to get it done there.) I’m going to assume the best of this business and not think they were outright lying by telling me the frame and matte were no longer manufactured(Maybe they use a different distributor), but the price difference is too much to overlook. I guess I’ll be driving to Hollywood even after we move to Burbank! :(

How are there no reviews for this place?! I called them up to swap out old art with new art. Shirley helped buff and clean the old frame, added padded backing, and thick paper to make it look new again. Couldn’t have spent $ 40 better.
