Ana is the best! I recently had a Brazilian Blowout at the salon and Ana did a fantastic job! I love it. She is always pleasant and it is a relaxing atmosphere. the prices are reasonable and I will be back! Ana has been my stylist for 14 yrs and I hope she will be around for a long time. She really knows her stuff. I highly recommend her.

This is a service oriented Salon. I highly recommend this Hair Salon– catering to men and women. Ana is very professional, and excellent with color and hair care. She has experience and talent — I always feel pampered at Toscana Hair Studio, and this Burbank salon has extremely reasonabe prices.

I love this place, have been coming here for years, the best part of all is the owner Ana. She’s an amazing hair stylist, great with colors, uses the best products, and the service and atmosphere are just perfect. On the down side was her nail person, Celia, who is no longer there, she was extremely pricie, and turned out not such a loyal person after all. On the plus side Celia is no longer there!!!

The last service I received Celia cut my cuticles, I bled and she charged for callous remover that she didnt use my heels where still rough. Thanks CELIA for wasting my time and tears praying for you lied about cancer.

Also very disappointed that she wouldn’t tell us where she moved to so she could honor her gift certificates… she never reimbursed, refunded us or honored them! She stole my money and my time I will stay at Toscana cuz they have wonderful hair and nail services NOW, but I will never go to see CELIA again buyer beware!

If you’re like me, you’ve tried different hair stylists. Toscana’s owner, Ana, has been coloring and cutting my hair since 2009. She listens to what I want, makes suggestions if needed and does a fantastic job each time. Ana often goes to hair shows to get caught up on the latest trends. Her salon prices are reasonable, the salon is always clean, and above all that, Ana is a warm and caring person. I recently moved 15 miles away but gladly make the trek each time.

My Husband needed a haircut, I found this place just driving away from Costco and called. Was able to get an appt. right away for all our needs. In fact we were the only people there. I am really bad with names I believe her name is Maira, a very sweet young lady! She took her time and the results showed! My hubby and I are very pleased! Next time we are in the area we will visit again. I also had a mani pedi and some waxing.

I’ve been a customer of Toscana Salon since 2010.
Since I was a child I’ve always hated my hair, but more than that, I despised going to salons because of the sometimes snooty hairdressers who would wrinkle his or her nose and ask, «Ew girrrrl, who cut your hair last? It’s a mess!» I gave up on salons, during my twenties.
For several years before letting Ana, the owner at Toscana Salon, have control over my hair’s health, I was using a Flowbee (don’t judge me! lol) and a harsh, drug store hair color. So bone-​dry, brittle and bushy was my hair that it looked like I was wearing hat made of Texas tumbleweed. Not only that, but also my hair had a greenish hue – I had not been choosing the correct type/​shade of color at the drug store.
Ana never wrinkled her nose in disgust. Instead, she went to work, reviving my hair, and educating me on color, cut, and care. How grateful I am that I found Ana’s salon! This woman really knows her color! My hair has been trimmed, tamed, and tinted correctly with quality Redken products, and for about ¹⁄₃ the cost of other salons.
The prices are very reasonable. The personal attention is beyond compare.

Ana is hands down the best hair dresser I have EVER HAD. For the first time in my life I have a hairdresser that listens to what I want, truly cares about my hair and is amazing at her craft. Not to mention that Ana is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. I’ve had conditioning treatments done, highlights, Brazilian blow outs and cut/​color. Every time I leave the salon with beautiful hair that makes me feel so much better about myself. Ana cares deeply about her clients hair so please don’t come in here as a black haired beauty demanding to be blonde over night. Part of what makes going here so wonderful is that my hair leaves in better condition every time I leave here, I highly highly recommend Toscana!!!

One word ***CELIA*** That is why I come here. The woman is a goddess! oh and a magician. I moved to the area a few months ago and went through a few salons including one giving me a lovely fungus! yuck… read the Unilocal reviews and let me tell you they are all right. She is one wonderful kind woman and the best professional pedicurist I have ever had. She is obsessed with hygiene which is different than 99% of the nail salons out there that push you through and use tools that have been used 6 times before. Not here everything is like a hospital with Celia. My feet feel like a new born baby. If you are a serious foot person this is the lady to see. She is totally amazing I even brought my husband here for valentines day and he is addicted now too.

All the hype on Unilocal about this place and Celia are very true! While I can’t review any services except pedicures, I will certainly be returning here.
My daughter (5.5 yrs) and I wanted a girls’ afternoon out and wanted pedicures. I decided to try Celia, after reading the reviews on Unilocal.They are all true about her.
Celia is amazing! She welcome me and my daughter so warmly, and has the most peaceful, sweetest, calming way about her.
She used the MOST amazing products on us and not only assured me she was using new or sanitized tools, she showed me, too. She has all the latest OPI polishes, which I love, and the lotions she uses smell heavenly.
I was introduced to everyone at Toscana, including Ana, the owner. Ana was amazing, too.
This is by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had, and I was so impressed by how warmly they accepted my daughter and gave her the most amazing first experience pedicure!

I went in for a manicure and pedicure today. Celia is the best at what she does. She is extremely detailed in what she does. What a sweet lady too. Not only does she put heat pads on your neck and back but she gives you coffee and massages your hands and feet really well and takes her time taking off all your cuticles. Treats you like a queen. HIGHLY recommend Celia! She was amazing!

Had a wonderful experience at Toscana, Celia does a fabulous manicure and Pedi. I’m just visiting here, when I return I will be booking an appointment again.

But yeah, no, seriously. I’ve never met a salonist/​beautician with as excellent attention to detail and as thorough knowledge of the tools at her disposal. Ana knows her stuff — it’s like watching a baker make a cake. Have you ever watched a baker make a cake? Mesmerising. Like watching a good salonist cut hair.
Furthermore, the ambiance puts most salons to shame. The place feels like an Italian garden, as opposed to the barbasol-​soaked brightly-​lit vinyl-​and-​metal mirror-​ridden salons that wrack this city. It’s very easy to sit and relax.
Also, there happens to be a pub next door in case you’re early for your appointment. :) But that’s another review!

Ever since I came out to LA last July, I’ve felt as though my feet were in a barren wasteland. Being poor and living here seemed to be a death sentence for the health of my toes, as the only pedicures I could afford were very, very subpar…
And then I found Celia. She’s amazing. AMAZING. She’s the nicest, kindest woman ever, she’ll talk to you if you want to talk and she’ll let you play on your phone/​computer if you would prefer or you can just sit and take in the wonderful, quiet environment while being pampered beyond belief.
Celia accommodated my appointment change, helped me find the shop and proceeded to spend two hours soaking, exfoliating, massaging, and perfectly polishing my toes/​feet/​legs. She was absolutely wonderful, the best pedicure I’ve ever had, and the prices were SO reasonable… I was blown away. If you want a REAL pedicure and not some foot washing/​nail polish, this is where you need to be. I don’t care where I move in LA, I will always make the drive to see Celia. Five stars, SIX if I could!!!
