Great place. Both Hermina and Kim do an incredible job. After only 2 – 3 visits they already remembered me by name, and what kind of cut I want. Almost never any lines, 18 – 20 dollars for a great mens cut. Hard to complain.

Kim cuts my hair and is very good. Before Kim, I had Aurora, but she moved to Oregon. This place is good and there are hardly any lines.

I am another customer that previously went to Unicuts, I used Aurora for my haircut before my wedding, she is great! The location of Beauty Source is much more upscale and doesn’t feel like a Supercuts yet the haircuts are just as reasonably priced!

I highly recommend the services of Aurora Viola at Beauty Source in Calabasas. Aurora was my «go-to» stylist while at Unicuts, and I happily followed her to her new place of employment which is just down the street. It’s worth mentioning that I go to Aurora every month for a traditional haircut but that I also trusted her to cut my hair before my wedding back in 2008. She is always warm and delivers consistently good cuts every time. The prices at Beauty Source are extremely reasonable as well. 5 stars.

Beauty Source is the way to go. Aurora is truly amazing! Such a caring person and takes her time to make sure you are satisfied. The place itself is very warming. You will probably be the only one in there, which I like. The owner also is a very nice person who also does hair. A must go to!

We love Aurora! My boys love getting their hair cut with Aurora. She’s moved to this salon from Unicuts… Which is only two minutes further away. Beauty Source has gained a great stylist with a strong following. Best wishes Beauty Source and Aurora!

I just moved to Westlake Village and was looking for a Paul Mitchell salon on the web as a standard salon to get my first haircut in my new city. The PM website returned a search result for«Leila’s Salon» in Calabasas. I guess that this was old information because this location is now«Beauty Source of Calabasas» which is not a Paul Mitchell salon. I called the day before to schedule an appointment and although it was not a Paul Mitchell salon I could tell when I spoke with the owner that she had a good attitude and that she took pride in her business. So I scheduled the appointment and went in today for a haircut. I always get a «scissors over comb» haircut — basically a short even layer. She did a great job. Her prices are very reasonable — $ 20 for a men’s haircut. Such a welcome change from my days of paying $ 65 for a haircut in Beverly Hills and on Melrose Ave. I recommend this salon as a safe place to go that is also recession-friendly.
