I’ve been going here for years. Men’s haircut is $ 18. Pepperdine students even get a discount if you show ID. Everybody is always friendly.

I walk in and the place is empty. I can hear someone on a phone call in the back and they tell me they will be right out. 10 minutes later I leave. I can hear they are on some personal phone call that obviously trumps a paying customer. They must be rolling in money to treat customers so disrespectfully. Won’t be back…

Let me say highly upset disappointed and yes pissed off. I called about getting my hair bleached and streaked blonde was quoted 80 $ for bleach 45 $ for pink. Needless to say they didn’t have pink die inderstandable they didn’t have bleach but me thinking that’s normal I went and bout all the products they would need. Huge mistake I show up and they change the price drastically. To my amazement when I said really 210 $ I was livid. They tried to con me into believing there was a huge process then had the nerve to be rude. When yes I got upset who wouldn’t after how unprofessional they had been from the get go and then being called a nut job in person I lost it. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend them every one knows customer service is important. I did call her a bitch rightfully so insult me and con me shame on you both. Very unhappy. No one deserves this kind of treatment I will say this FANTASTIC SAMS across the street made me feel exactly what the name says fantastic and they did what I wanted at a far cheaper price and the quality of work far exceeded what my expectations were advice skip this place and drive across the street. It’s worth it believe me.

So i asked them for hair cut price
They said 20 $
Then i asked for hair dye
They said 50 $ but if u want to do both, u have to get the package which is 90 $
I was shocked but i decided just to have a haircut
They didnt even wash my hair
The sprayed my dry hair and cut it
And now that i showered and straighten in
the style is awful
nothing close to what i wanted

Racquel at StarKuts Plus was very pleasant and did exactly what I asked with my son’s fade. I would recommend her every time for a Great haircut!
