We go here every month and Nancy is the nicest hardest worker we see. She is so sweet, helpful and quick. Nancy really deserves a raise. And not that oh $ 1 raise cuz that’s going up in Jan anywho. No I mean a real raise.

Used their Pharmacy for the first time last night and was told when dropping off my prescription it would be ready in an hour… so not feeling well I left and returned in about and hour and a half. To my surprise the prescription was not filled! Pharmacist tech saw my anger and said they are almost filled which was a lie. I waited another half hour in the store I will never return to this store even though it is convenient to my location. As I waited I could see many other customers seemingly having similar issues or problems.

There’s nothing worse then being sick. When I came in to fill my antibiotic prescription, the pharmacy was closed. The pharmacist was a no-show/no-call. Luckily there’s a walgreens right down the street that took care of it for me. In the pharmacist’s defense, it was the day after the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight…

Favorite CVS in the SCV. Just saying. Everyone is so nice. My favorite is Nancy. She’s always willing to help. She’s fast and remembers who you are. I have many choices around Walgreens and Rite Aid aren’t too far, but I always come here because I like Nancy. Thank you for your excellent customer service Nancy!

This pharmacy is completely understaffed. I will go somewhere else to get my prescriptions.

Terrible customer service. Incompetent techs and pharmacist. No need giving your business to a pharmacy that clearly does not care about it’s patients.

Has anyone else been to the worst CVS on the planet, with the bitchiest store employees? Occasionally they will get a new hire who is so nice they eventually have to leave. Even the older employees who I thought were awful for so many years are cake next to this disgusting manager ‘Carol’. She treats people like she hates the world. Try smiling or giving good customer service once in a while, you might make a friend and start enjoying your job. And she couldn’t care less to ever try and help a person in need. CVS, you need secret shoppers!!! I will never step foot in here again. I’ve said it before and I made the mistake of going back. I will go out of my way to NOT go here.

If I could give no stars, I would. Went to turn in a prescription that I’ve had there for years, but needed actual prescription from doc for refill. The pharmacy tec wouldn’t take it because the pharmacist wasn’t there to check to see if they had it in stock. She said maybe you can come back in 30 mins or go to another pharmacy. I will do the latter, thanks for your help(insert sarcasm here).

PROS — close to where i live. Easy parking. CONS — I went to the pharmacy today. The person who helped me is Ashley. I gave her my last name and she said there was no prescription for me. I told her that my doctor had called it in 5 hours ago. She checked(vaguely) and said there is nothing. She then told me that I have the same prescription from January and it still has a refill. I told her it is a different dosage this time. I called my doctor’s cell number and asked her to call it in again. When she called, the pharmacist(Olayemi) answered her and said she filled the prescription earlier and that she just needed the doctor’s dea#. So., she did call it in. The pharmacist called me and said I don’t have insurance on file. How can I have no insurance when i had a prescription dispensed last January? But then the pharmacist insisted i don’t have insurance, so i gave her my card AGAIN! Finally, after 30 mins i got my meds. Worst experience ever!!!

prepare to spend at least 15mins waiting for your prescription every time, that is if they even filled it on time. and the drive-thru takes even longer… ironic!

I am very disappointed on how they handle customer service at the Pharmacy dept. If there is a long line waiting, please drop everything whatever you are doing and take care of the customers first. No excuses! Hey… this is an easy sale transaction. We are ready to go. Take our money. Instead I was waiting and watching them do their task, I felt like they don’t need my business. It’s cheaper and easier to take care of the current customer and make them happy than acquiring new one. I wish this store the best of luck!
