Best allergy specialist I have seen for my daughter and myself. Front desk/​Medical Assistants are super friendly and remember us. Dr. Lien’s office has modern equipment and the office is always clean. They always have great channels on TV and their office always has holiday decorations updated. Dr. Lien is very knowledgeable and doesn’t just prescribe random meds to patients like most doctors. I went from taking 11 meds from my family practice doctor for my hives and being sent to the ER 3 times, to taking only 2 meds and it helped my hives. I cannot thank him enough. He is very caring and can’t forget… AWESOME!

They do have a good customer service and marketing, all looks glossy, but the way they treat is horrible. I came to them feeling bad and coughing a lot, the test showed I have strong dust allergy. They made me spent so much money on buying different house devices and gave me loads of medicine. For half a year I was coming back to them, saying it doesn’t help, they insisted on adding even more medicine, until I was desperate. I was recommended to visit Dr. Cheng. He saved my health. He listened carefully to my symptoms and completely replaced all I was taking by one medicine, and immediately I started to feel better. In a week he added some inhaler just for a week, and I don’t cough at all any more, just taking one tablet at night. He saved me. Look carefully at doctors using a lot of marketing technics and working rather for medicine providers than for you!
Dr. Lien has so many clients coming, that he didn’t even see me until the third visit, all is done by associate girls, that just listen to you and then prescribe lots of medicine, give you tons of adv materials where to buy the equipment to clean air. It is all about marketing on our health.

Having to go to the clinic for allergies is a pain in the butt EXCEPT when you have a Doctor like Dr. Lien! I actually look forward to my weekly allergy shots. Him and the ladies always welcome me with huge smiles and are always eager to help.
They are all very professional and so caring! I highly recommend to EVERYONE! Especially if you are frightened by needles like I used to be. They take that fear away!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lien for a very difficult to treat condition since December 2014 and Dr. Lien is the most caring doctor that I’ve ever seen. In 2005 I started seeing seeing NP Amy Shell, who worked with Dr. Fernandes for the same condition. She happened to find a cocktail of antihistamines that actually helped. I went into remission for a few years and unfortunately my condition appeared again in December and the cocktail of antihistamines no longer worked. My first appointment was in December and I found out that NP Amy Shell no longer worked there and that Dr. Fernandes retired. This is when I met Dr. Lien and his staff. Dr. Lien when out of his way to help me. I’ve had some really bad experiences with doctors trying to treat my condition over the past 18 years and it’s a pleasure to say this was not one of them. I highly recommend Dr. Lien because he’s very knowledgeable, compassionate and truly wants to see his patients get better!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lien for a couple years, by far the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever had. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I followed Dr. Lien from Kiaser where he was the chief of the allergy clinic to his own practice with all the latest equipment and treatment. Everyone from the staff and other patients were sad to see him leave. I changed my insurance to be under Dr. Lien care. He’s extremely knowledgeable in his specialty and will go above and beyond in my treatment of my allergies. I suffer from really bad allergies and I didn’t starting seeing relief until I started seeing him. Other doctors I’ve had didn’t do much and I felt I wasn’t getting the treatment I needed. He’s very positive and strives to see me and other patients are getting good care. I also like his staff as well, the nurses at his practice are extremely friendly and outgoing, Julia is the funniest staff member and is awesome !. It nice to walk in and see everyone happy smiling and with just good bedside manners. What I also like is that he takes his time to talk to the patients and I never feel rushed. When he has time in between patients and sees you in the lobby or getting a shot, he also makes it a point to say hi and ask how you are doing. I can’t say enough about Dr. Lien other than he’s the best doctor I have seen.

So, this place took over what was formerly Allergy Consultants Medical Group and relocated across the street from their old office. (Near Eden Hospital) Dr. Fernandes was the primary allergists. The place was kind of old and pretty much needed an upgrade. So when they switched over I knew this new office would be what they need.
Now, the new office is in a brand new building with more convenient upgrades. They have switched to be electronic. The place is cleaner than the other place and more convenient for those of us with dust allergies.
Although Dr. Fernandes was a nice man, the new doctor, Dr. Lien is even better. His staff was unbelievably friendly and were so patient with my niece. (18 months) The testing was unusual for a toddler but the staff was nice about it. She was quite scared but they knew how to keep her distracted so the testing would go smoothly.
Afterwards, Dr. Lien gave great advice on what to avoid and information on follow ups. He also gave us advice for alternatives for a nut friendly environment. I would definitely go back again! Trust me, you won’t regret your decision.
