Buffalo Wild Wings

The enjoyment of my food was ruined by an employee named Trevor. Because the computer system had to be rebooted, I had to wait to cash out on my order that was sitting there waiting. When I asked for ranch dressing, I was told I would be charged for it. This was displeasing as I couldn’t cash out, my food was getting cold, and now I was going to be charged for a few ranch dressings? Trevor proceeded to argue with me about company policy and losing money if he just gave me the ranch dressing. He displayed a very unpleasant attitude with both me and another customer who was also waiting to cash out on her order and needed ranch dressing. Even when Wes the manager intervened, Trevor still wanted to argue about «company policy.» Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location… one because I no longer enjoyed my meal that Wes provided for me free due to the inconvenience, and two, I don’t want there to be any retaliation on Trevor’s part as I did leave my name and address when I placed my order online.

Food was ok– worst service ever. 20 min to menus– food came quick 10 min to get silverware and napkins and the had to ask for the bill multiples times to multiple people. We just moved into the area and llove BDubs. Never coming here again.

Recently placed a carry out order here. Was charged for extra ranch despite not ordering it in the first place. Showed up to pick up my carry out order. Hostess rang me up. Can see the bag with my name on it but she’s on the phone. Male waiter next to me is watching a video on his phone and responding to text messages. Doesn’t notice my bag sitting there. Food ready. Another 10 minutes goes by. I notify the hostess while she’s still on the phone. She rolls her eyes that I’m speaking to her while she’s on the phone and notifies King dipshit to grab my bag. Male waiter responds to his text then finally grabs my order. Food was cold. Received 2 bone in wings in my order of boneless wings? Odd. Overall just a poor experience. Called management to let them know and was easily dismissed. I’d avoid this location if you’re local to centerville

Not too busy during lunch and they wings are not to soft or to crunchy. Wedges are tasty and great service. Recommended

This is a great local dubs. The staff is friendly, the beer is cold and the other patrons are nice. The staff remembers your name and goes out of their way to take care of you. They even remember what you like to drink and eat.
I enjoy coming here to watch a game, grab a bite to eat or just to have some drinks. The «garage door» patio out front is a nice way to be outside while having lunch etc.

1^st. Not familiar with the area. Look it up of course on Unilocal.Drive to the location but can’t find the place at all. Finally found it in the strip mall but the the big sign outside not working. At night this didn’t help finding the place
Get inside and it’s an iceberg
Then order a Pepsi and it’s not tasting right. Order a sweet tea. Drink it and then order another then there out and give me non sweet and tasted terrible
Food was decent
Overall the place looks like the rest but just was off and not particularly friendly
Could have been better

The service is GREAT to FANTASTIC! :) I would recommend visiting here for lunch especially.
