I have not gotten my hair cut here, but I get my brows and lip waxed and they do a fantastic job. No one seems to speak much English, so I haven’t tried to make appointments. Typically I can walk in and the wait isn’t longer than 20 minutes. Also — it’s $ 10 total for both. I’ve never experienced cheaper waxing and I always get a ton of compliments on my brows. Not the best ambiance, but I’m not complaining!

Simple haircut. Simple review.
I needed my haircut on a Sunday. And that’s rare around Logan Square from what I could tell. So I walked down the street and saw LBHS open. I went in and got a good, quick cut. They were open pretty late on a Sunday and my hair turned out alright.
I’d go back in a pinch.

I tried this place right after it opened up a couple years ago, because it is close to my home. I have been a regular ever since. Alma, the main hair dresser, is the person you want to see. It is a spanish speaking business, but Alma does speak ~ English. For $ 6, you get a quality cut.
