Modern Way Cleaners

This used to be my gold standard for dry cleaners and I would have given them 5 stars previously, but they have slipped a bit.
Let me start with the good. They do a fantastic job on your clothes, the prices are reasonable if not excellent, they are quick. The Korean woman who runs the place during the morning and midday is the sweetest woman around and will bend over backward to accomodate a short deadline if you’re needing your stuff in a rush.
Now… what’s wrong as of late (summer of 2009). When they moved to the current location about two years ago, they only have ONE parking spot that is accessible for drop-​off and pick-​up and is marked loading zone. This is not watched or patrolled, so most of the time, some jerk-​off is parked in it, meaning that you have to park in the bus loading area and risk a ticket. Secondly, they hired a high school aged girl to work at the place in the afternoons and she is an ABSOLUTE MORON. Called me about clothes that weren’t mine, debated as to whether or not I had additional items that were there that I needed to pick up, etc…
So, GO DURING THE AM, if possible.
