I showed up 10 – 15 min late and the doctor had left for the day. I was caught up in a business meeting and couldnt make it over any sooner and the doctor just left. Without calling or anything, they assumed I wasn’t coming in. I’m going to go ahead and go somewhere else.

What a great optical place. I did a walk in today to change out the ancient lenses in my glasses. I had wonderful service from the staff who was really busy on the phone, but still attentive to me the customer in the store. He was very informative and knowledgable when it came to figuring out what kind of lenses have been in these glasses for four years. When he priced them, I was very surprised. The lenses were reasonable and within my budget range as I’m feeling the Christmas crunch of presents galore. I’m pleased with the service that I received and would reccommend it to anyone.
