Butte Community Bank

I am from a large city, with large banks. When I moved to Chico, I used the large banks, and found they were the same all over the country. I switched a few years ago because the service was so poor, and I am glad I did. This little town bank has all the services of a large bank (less the branches and ATMs everywhere), but what they lack in size, they more than make up for in service. This is a bank you can walk into and get good quality service. This is what I demand from a bank.
I would like to see this bank give refunds when you use another bank’s ATM because of the lack of ATMs. Many banks now will credit you any use fees (typically up to $ 15.00 per month) when you use another institution’s ATM. I would like to see this happen here.

Nothing better than truely free checking. Great customer service ! Love this bank.
