Awesome service! Alex and his team do a great job with being friendly and always remembering my name… goes a long way! Love the wings, definitely a once a week go to spot!

I’m here at least twice a week and the night staff has always treated me well, so that’s why I feel inclined to leave a 5 star review.

I wasn’t impressed with the flavors of the wings, I got 5 BBQ, and 5 Cajun, with fries and a drink. The BBQ was alright, the Cajun was quite bland, I should have gotten the ‘Atomic’ for some heat. Price for two was over $ 20 so that is decent.
For whatever reason the drink machine, the touch screen type, was out of my first 5 choices, same for my friend…

Just picked up some to go.
It was horrible
Got the lemon pepper and original hot chicken strips
The chicken was salty as hell
What a waste of $ 40

I have been to many Wing Stops but this location is the best. They prepare the food exactly how is supposed to be cooked, never over or under cooked. This location is also very clean and big. You must have the lemon pepper flavor

This place is really good, the wings and strips are really good as well as the boneless the fries are literally the best I really recommend this place if you are obviously craving this type of food. Theres plenty of seating and for the most part it’s always clean. Its a great place for a chill night, they also sell beer which you can never go wrong with wings and beer. Its also good for families, they have wifi and the staff is nice. Wait time for food is average for the most part it’s usually about 15 minutes.

One of the few chicken wing places in Chula Vista and they do have tasty flavors! Although I feel like their prices are a little bit expensive, but when you come on their deal days it is totally worth it! Their customer service is awesome, they are always willing to make a deal in their combos. My favorite flavor is the usual garlic parmesean or their new flavor mango habanero! They also have those cool soda machines where you can choose from a bajillion flavors of soda and mix it up too! This place can get pretty crowded with high schoolers around after school hours, but a good place to go for wings!

Best wings in my opinion. They have a variety of creative flavors. The garlic parmesan wings are addicting! Wait time can be lengthy though, not good when you’re starving!
Pros:
— Tasty and wide selection of flavors for wings.
— Interior is big for a chicken establishment and is nice & modern
Cons:
— Wait time for food is overly lengthy, don’t bother if theirs a lot of people inside. Expect anywhere from 20 – 40 minutes to get your food.
— French fries are always dry and stale.

Their wings are always good. My go to spot when I need to pick up a quick dinner for me and my boyfriend because they only take 20 minutes around 8pm-​ish.
But last night was annoying. I don’t think I have ever called in an order just to be annoyed. The girl who picked up, I believe her name was Miranda or something, she asked me for my number and name. She said «Flora?» And I said «no, it’s Sarah» at least three times, I even slowed down on the last one so she can comprehend but all I got in response was «yeah, okay». Costumer service stand point, you don’t constantly say, «yeah okay» it’s rude communication to your costumers. And then giving her my order she said hold on and clicked on me then came back and was like «what was that?» Not even apologizing. This girl has NO manners what so ever.
Then we went to pick up the order, (oh, I ordered around 7:50pm and got there by 8ish) the guy my asked for my name looked it up then he asked for my number and said it was put under Flora. I explained to him what happened and the kid behind him with the high socks acting immature started busting up laughing saying, «that’s Miranda?! I’m gonna go tell her!» He made me feel so uncomfortable and added on to the annoyance of their costumer service. My boyfriend just kept staring him down cause he was annoyed. I think the only one who has manners is the guy who I paid, with the glasses. He actually said sorry.
You guys need to be trained better and not put your costumers in awkward positions. Want to laugh about it? Go ahead, WHEN I’M GONE. And Miranda, learn some manners.

This is my third review here. Last one very positive this one not so much. After being in Dallas the last four weeks at there corporate location and being in a jumbo wings market these wings are crazily small.
21 minutes for an order wings is a little much.
Staff works together though

3 stars for the food, minus 2 for hit or miss on the customer service. It is the closest wings place to my house, so I will keep coming here. Customer service is usually good, but there are occasions for certain employees who just give you the bitch face when you order. It is very unpleasant especially if you come in bright and shiny to that type of atmosphere when you order. The place is usually clean, but they can upgrade how they hand out napkins. they use this giant paper towel as napkins and it is kind of gross. Other than that, it is a decent establishment, but I rather keep outing out.

I almost gave this place 2 stars but I thought I’d give them a shot to fix their establishment first or not… I came to this place this evening and there are a few things to say. First I will start with the positive. The employees have pretty good customer service. All smiles, seems like they are happy with their jobs and provide good service while you walk in and they take your order. The food also did not take long to come out which is good cause I was starving! and that’s where the good ended.
Why the 3 stars only? Well although they have good customer service they seem too young to be really focused or more serious about the business establishment they are working at. Maintenance at this location is really bad. The bathroom was extremely smelly, the floor had piss as if no one bothered to clean the place since the morning shift. We walked in with 2 little girls and sat at a table that happened to be dirty so we asked the employee to please help us clean and wipe down the table and the section. This is were it got worse, we had to move to a different table because the cleaning job they did was not good. Instead of cleaning the table, when you look at the table against the light you can see that the sauce from the previous customer was not wiped out, it was smeared, I don’t think the cloth had any cleaning solution on it. My nieces not going to eat on a table like this… so we moved.
With all the cleaning that had to get done the employees should not have been in front of the register on their cell phones, this is Wing Stop! a big company in multiple states. I come from Las Vegas and the Wing Stops that I go to in Las Vegas are immaculate! You can tell that in Las Vegas those employees take pride in their work. Not in San Diego, clearly… Cleanliness is not at the top of their list but it should be. In dining establishments, cleanliness should be a top priority. These fellas need to get off their phones and focus more on the task at hand. Get those bathrooms cleaned at least twice a day and if need be do it three times per day. If you have time to chill and laugh on your phone then you have time to get off your butt, on your feet and put some good cleaning solution in your water and get the scrubbing.
Sorry fellas, I actually hate leaving this review because your food is ok but you really need to focus on the work at hand while you are on the clock. Turn your phones off and deal with that after you’re off the clock. I don’t mind changing this review once I go again and see that the establishment is being kept a lot! better. After reading the review I am leaving I believe a 2 star is not that bad, they can do a lot better. I will go back to a 2 star. Great customer service however, just maintain the place better.

3.5 stars. Must try if you are a wing person. I really like the mango habanero and garlic parmesan flavors. I always get the boneless wings. I find them to be really meaty. You get your money’s worth. The ranch and honey mustard dipping sauces are excellent. I suggest you call ahead because they cook everything to order. My last meal however was salty and the fries were soggy :(. I was disappointed as I know their food to to be delicious.

This is the first wing stop that I’ve been too and always keep coming back!
Everything here is cooked to order. So each and every time it’s nice and crispy.
I like getting their garlic parmesan, Louisiana rub, mild and bbq flavors with bone in. And a large side of their fries with ranch.
Tables here are always kept clean and the employees here are always nice and polite. They are also patient with you while you figure out what you want to order.
**warning: once a week they have a karaoking session in the restaurant itself so you might want take your order home or sing along.

I’ve been to a few wing stops and use to live right up the street from one. I’m a fan of there wings and cheese fries.
I am not a fan of this wing stop however.
Last Saturday i picked up my sister and her friends from the water park down in Chula Vista. On our way back we stopped at Wing stop to order food to go. The place was medium busy and they said our order would take about 25 – 30 minutes. Okay, that was fine. So i order my meal and i never noticed that on the menu for the combo meals it was 6 wings and fries OR veggies. So i order the girls meals all with fries and then i ordered my meal with veggies. He said that is going to be a extra charge. I thought that was weird but figured it was probably like a 50 cent charge for veggies instead of fries.
30 minutes go by and i have my little sister run in to get the food. Once we get back home all the way in Clairemont i noticed that i got fries and was charge for a whole side order of veggies. okay annoying. Then i open my wing box and instead of the 2 flavors i ordered my wings were only in one flavor and it was the wrong flavor.
You would think taking 30 minutes to make wings you would be able to get it right.

We called ahead for the lemon pepper classic wings. Prices are a little higher than what I remember, but it’s been a minute since I’ve been here. Food is always cooked to order, so our food was super fresh. Very nice staff!

We were looking for a late night dinner in this area and this place was one of the few open at this time. I went there to order to go. Got the chicken wings combo for two — 15 pieces, fries and soda for $ 22. Comes with two wing flavors, I got the honey mustard and ranch. Overall was tasty, but not healthy food.

My favorite place in Bonita for wings. For a «Fast food» chain I believe it has better wings than its competitors. Great staff, good service and food. I went there during a day they had a performance. So it was nice to see live guitarists during my meal. They do have tvs as well so im sure its probably a good place to watch games.

I am a big Wings N Things fan, so perhaps I might be a bit biased. Not really though, as I am capable of two favorites! Wingstop hits a homerun with the following: number of sauces, traditional bone-​in wings, Freestyle soda machine; great service. Where, imo, they miss the mark a bit is the ‘fries instead of breadsticks’ swap (just not my preference) and the strips (my favorite choice at all Wing places — these have a hard outside and are nowhere near as tasty as Wings N Things).
So, imo, a notch below Wings N Things, but I still come here from time to time because of all of the ‘homeruns’!

Went there Sunday night & it was an epic fail. Normally their food is on point. When I got home and the kids opened the box the words that came out was «Mom what the heck is this… you can’t even taste any sauce.» Mgmt please get on your night staff.
Spoke with Mgr & he asked me to come back in & give them another try. We did & the kids were very happy.
