Awesome sandwich, it’s a hole in the wall kinda place. Worth stopping on your way through town. I’ll be back next time I come through for sure!

Had lunch there for the 1st time — had been meaning to try it out — Chicken Philly Sandwich was good! The Onion Rings weren’t bad either!

Literally the best. Great price, amazing customer service, and the best phillys in the Northwest. I recommend it to everyone!

Visited from Los Angeles. Food trucks are really popular here so I was excited to try it the CDASTYLE. I ordered the garlic cheese steak and it was amazing. Craving one right now.

Pure and simple good grub! Really nice owner operators with good prices for the amount of chow you get! Recommend sandwich, the yoshi!

This was our first time here and I was a little disappointed red that I had to wait 30 minutes to get my sandwich. However, the sandwich makes up for the long wait time. I had the chicken bacon cheddar philly and .gosh…it was so delicious! I swear if I could get away with it, I would eat 3 or 4 of these a week. Boyfriend had the Philly and he devoured it. Definitely going back!

Came in town for a quick getaway and Unilocaled food and this place came up. It’s located off Best Ave. and was kind of hard to find for a second. I ended up parking in the lot next door and then walking over to this place and loads of parking near… I guess that’s the LA in me — take parking when you can get it. Anyway, it is exactly what it’s name is: the Best Sandwich Shack… in CDA anyway. This is a cool little place. The lady who took our order was super friendly, and it seems like they genuinely love what they are doing and are people people. They made small talk and asked about us and how we liked it, very friendly. We asked for a recommendation and ended up splitting a Philly Whiz. Take this with a grain of salt, but I’ve never had a Philly steak so I really don’t know what is genuine or what. I know I love steak sandwiches and I love cheese whiz and I loved the combo. I felt like a total slob afterwards, but I enjoyed it going down. Out of the places we ate at in CDA, this was my type of place. It is a little off the tourists path but well worth it.

Not sure what the fuss is about. Average food, prices above average, long waits. The sandwiches are perfectly edible, but who wants to stand in the sun or snow to get overcharged for«average?» Folks working the joint seem … Detached.

Wow! Read the reviews and found the shack. Service with a laugh, smile and lots of love. Philly with mushrooms and garlic added-scrumptious. Will be visiting again. Great food and great value.

This place has legitimately good cheesesteak. Philly has nothing on this sandwich shack. The best sandwich we tried was the normal cheesesteak. The roll is soft but substantial. The meat is tender and flavorful and the cheese is better than whiz or provolone like you get on many cheesesteaks(regular w white American cheese). The onion rings were also good… but the cheese steak makes you wake up in the middle of the night wanting more!

Had the regular philly(I think) and the buffalo chicken. They were solid but missing that extra kick to push it to the best. You will certainly get your money’s worth and I don’t think you can go wrong eating here.

Heard so much about this place on Unilocal and family members that have gone there. They make everything fresh so you know it’s not out of a can or someplace else supplied the ingredients. My girlfriend ordered the Philly, which she has had in the past(loved it) and I had a mushroom/pepper jack/beef sandwiches. There is more than enough to fill you up and over-all it was good, but not the OMG I could eat here again tomorrow. The Philly had quite a bit of grisel but good seasoning, and I know, I odered the mushroom but the mushroom overpowered the sandwich. There were other selections that sounded good and I will come back to try them. But I’ll be in no hurry to satisfy a craving.

My wife and I were in CDA for the first time this past weekend and she checked Unilocal for a sandwich place. She wanted pastrami(they don’t serve it here) so off we went to Best… Well, first, I was NOT expecting a food truck. I was looking for a sit down place. PLUS East Coast food here? Are you nuts? No way! But we were hungry, the prices were good and the gal at the counter had a good story… Well, I got the Philly Cheesesteak(with Cheez Wiz) and my wife a sausage and peppers sandwich. OMG! SOGOOD!!! The cheesesteak was NOT Steak-Umms. It was REAL thin sliced steak!!! But not too thin. It was perfect and the best cheesesteak I have had west of Philly. The sausage and peppers was awesome. FRESH Italian sausage. It was so good!!! We also got an order of onion rings and those were perfect to go with the sandwiches.

After reading all the amazing reviews I had to give this place a try. We were on vacation so may as well. It’s a bright yellow food truck looking«shack». I ordered 5 sandwiches and 4 sides. It took about 20 minutes. The workers were very friendly. Even a few of the customers(who obviously were regulars) were also super friendly, offering different types of sandwiches that we should try out in the future. The food was made to order, the sandwiches were AMAZING. We had the basic philly with no veg, 2 garlic phillys, a Yoshi, and a chicken bacon cheddar philly. The bread was soft and not soggy(even after a 10 min. drive back to the hotel) the steak was thinly sliced and not dry, there was a very good ratio cheese to steak balance. The peppers and onions did not over power any of the other flavors. I personally had the garlic philly and if you like garlic this was exactly what I wanted. We also ordered the beer battered fries and beer battered onion rings. Again after a 10 min drive back to the hotel they were crisp and equally tasty. The brownies were just the icing to this amazing meal, they were soft and chocolaty and super tasty. I 100% recommend this place if you are looking for an AMAZING philly cheesesteak sandwich!

Outstanding sandwich. Worth the short drive off of I-90 if your passing through. This shop is a food truck style shop so seating is outside. As advertised this place is not fast food and it takes awhile to get your order, however the added taste is worth it! If you’re in a hurry around lunch time order ahead. I had the mushroom cheese steak and my wife had the buffalo chicken, both were outstanding.

This place is AWESOME! One of my good buddies told me about this place I believe a few years ago and at first I wasn’t sure about going to it. After some convincing and twisting of my arm, I gave in to checking it out. We went there to eat and to say the least, it was amazing! I highly recommend checking out this place and getting a bite to eat. Whether your a local or tourist on vacation here, this place will satisfy and will be a place you brag about. That’s how good it is. Support a local business, support a local economy, support local food places. The Best Sandwich Shack has my vote!

There were a few things inconsistent with today’s visit compared to my first… Inconsistency is no good for the most part… Luckily they were consistent in that the food was delightful and filling.
