Slightly above average when compared to other chain/fast food places. The food comes out fast and hot. Many good versions of classic Asian dishes. Generally the restaurant is clean.

Worst Chinese I have ever had. The crab ragoon was burnt to a crisp. They do not serve sweet and sour with it. The chicken is chewy, soft, and had a very odd texture. The rice was over cooked and the veggies were something out of a frozen bag. The sushi was the only thing I would say was average. Go to HC Way across the street.

Delicious food, and the customer service was exceptional!!! From the cashier, cook to food runner all were so kind and giving. We will tell the office about this place and will return for sure! Thank you!

I use to be a regular take out customer until they(for the second time failed to include lettuce for my lettuce wrap order.) The first time I drove back… okay folks make mistakes. But the second time has made me an ex customer. The manager even insinuated I might be hostile since my phone is from out of state when I said they needed to deliver the rest of the order. Need less to say they called back, saying they could not leave the store due to insurance. No normal person would make 2 trips for a take out order.

It has been a while since I’ve been to Pei Wei and decided to drop in today for lunch. I was surprised to see that the menu had changed, but all the basic ingredients seemed the same. So I went ahead and ordered my Dan Dan noodle bowl and what came out was so horribly disappointing. First, it was nothing like previous Dan Dan noodles that I’ve had from Pei Wei. Secondly, it was not cooked. Imagine pre-prepared tofu, noodles, fresh vegetables thrown into a bowl with sauce poured over it. It was not even heated in a wok. Sautéed. Nothing. My has been ordered chicken with broccoli and ginger sauce. While his was at least cooked, it was as bland and boring. A better meal could be had a Chinese take out for half the price. Last but not least, the server bringing our food was very confused about our order. Which I found odd since we were the only customers in the restaurant. I will never return. Never recommend. Never. Never. Never.

It’s better than another burger or pizza. I’ve been to this location a few times and I admit sometimes their not completely on the ball. However that said the food has yet to let me down and that’s reason #1 for being there. My go to dish is the chicken teriyaki bowl. The chicken is always crisp and there is plenty of vegetables in it for my taste. If you’ve never been to a Pei Wei before take just a minute to go online and check out the menu. Honestly I don’t think its much different from most semi fast diner’s as far as complexity goes. Anyhow, I like it and I find them to be a good alternative to all the fast food burger joints for lunch.

I have been to Pei Wei before and have had good experiences, but the Westerville location needs some work. I stopped in for a «quick» carry out order on my way home. There was nothing quick about this stop. I was waiting for over 20 minutes AFTER I ordered. But it took a while for someone to even notice I was there to get my order. They were obviously short staffed and I get that, but a «Hello, we’ll be right with you» goes a long way. I should also note, they were not busy. There was one girl waiting on a to go when I arrived and 4 tables in the dining room, 3 of which were already eating. The food also needs some TLC. I got the Tofu with veggies and it was extremely dry and the vegetables were overcooked, plus the snow peas still had small stems on them and made it hard to eat. I got Chicken for my husband and his was also dry and didn’t have much flavor. They actually gave us the wrong appetizer but I didn’t notice until I got home; sad to say it was probably the best thing we had! I will go back to Pei Wei in general, but will not go back to this location.

This place was in poor form tonight. Ordered online. No one contacted to tell me third of my order was not available. Told me when I arrived. In a hotel so requested plate and utensils. No can do. Requested a different menu item to replace item that was NA. This was no longer available even though on displayed menu. I asked for hot mustard. Sorry no can do. CSR advised me that this poor service was out of her control. Really??? Oh yeah. The two cookies I ordered? Ignored and not addressed by CSR. Just ignored. Too many choices in this area to risk this again.

My boyfriend took me here for dinner tonight. It was both of our first times coming and I am extremely disappointed. Not friendly when we came in, and we weren’t sure how to order. The crab wontons were awful compared to others I have had. The entrees were bad too. The chicken seems to be of extremely poor quality. Nothing special. Not worth your money

I love this place! It’s basically PF Changs lite… you order and they give you a number then bring the food to your table. You get your own drinks and silverware. Its nice on the inside, with high table’s booths, or regular tables. I recommend the crab wontons for appetizer! Excellent just like the PF Changs version! The sweet and sour sauce is just amazing. I have tried a lot of dishes here… my favorite being the mongolian beef… spicy. The chicken dishes all use clear slices of breast meat(not that mystery stuff). They also have good sized shrimp and nice cuts of beef in those dishes too. I love the rice here because its so hot and fresh with all the veggies. Good stuff.

Firstly, the food is good, very good. However something is always wrong each visit. The mix your own Coke dispenser is out of order, or doesn’t have ice. It certainly isn’t any faster than any sit down restaurant, and it tends to show up piecemeal(one persons meal shows up, then 5 minutes later here comes the next). More than once a meal has been totally forgotten. The concept seems great, but the execution is awful. Perhaps just this location– at least I would hope so.

A 1 star experience was made right at the end. My wife and I along with 2 family members stopped in for lunch after a busy morning(funeral planning). It started off wrong from the start. Order 1 is placed and they bring it up to the order counter already prepared as order 2 is being placed… WHAT? We haven’t even finished ordering nor have we paid. They take it back but we can see them holding it now for the rest of the orders to be prepared. We finally finish ordering which seemed like it took forever and got our drinks and sat down and immediately order 1 arrives before our apps. Then the apps arrive followed by about a 2 minute gap for entrée 2. Order 3 arrived a few minutes later followed by order 4. Why not together folks? We are then ready to eat when we discover order 1 is missing the noodles, order two has chicken instead of shrimp, and order 3 has the wrong noodles. 3 of 4 are not right. At this point as you guess we are not happy but we also are on a time crunch here as we are busy. The manager arrives and we go over everything which was actually right on the receipt. We received a full refund and just went with the food we got due to time. The food was good and since the manager did right we will give them a chance in the future.

The young lady at the register was angry that my family had questions. We had never eaten there before. She refused to explain how the kids menu worked $ 60.00 later for 2 adults and 2 children we got our food. I’m not sure if it was any good. I was way too mad to notice. Shame on me for not asking for a manager but I just wanted to enjoy my Sunday lunch.

I“ve eaten at the Sawmill location a few times in the past few years, but today I ordered a carryout lunch online(I love ordering online, it is so convenient), ran an errand, and picked up the food to take back to work. I had a great combo meal for less than $ 7 with great service. My only complaint was they put my spring roll in with my entrée and it was soggy. I’ll remember to add a side note to package it separately next time. Their vegetarian-friendly options are quite yummy, with tofu and veggies. This location is really close, so I will be back.

Mediocre Asian, nay, sub-par Asian. If you’re an ex-frat boy living in the suburbs and working a 9 – 5, you’ll like totally love this place bro. If on the other hand you love good Asian, you’ll be much happier at Thai Grille down the road. You’re welcome«Steve.»

Yes it’s a chain, an evil chain, but it’s also damned good high quality Asian food. or at least what us Westerners expect our Asian cuisine to taste like. What I really love about this place too is that you can order your food fast and easy online and pick up the food right inside the door with minimal wait and about a five foot walk for your car to pick up the chow. I have always gotten their Pad Thai here and it’s delicious but last time I changed it up and got the Japanese Stir Fry with extra veggies and WOW it was quite delicious. this may be my new favorite here. Now keep in mind this place is a little pricier then some hole in the wall Chinese places but it’s quality and better tasting sauces and that makes it worth it IMO. My only real complaint is the hot and sour soup here is a bit too«chili» tasting for my liking. I usually love hot and sour soup just about any Asian place but not really here… I don’t think I will be getting it again. Also, I wish they had Vietnamese style spring rolls with rice paper as those are the kind I love but with that being said their regular spring rolls, which are fried, aren’t bad, albeit a bit on the small side. But aside for those minor complaints this place brings the goods… very high quality food and very tasty!

I went to this place along with my work place team, it was an official lunch. Pretty good and fast service on their busy hours, seems to me like this place must be packed at lunch time during weekdays. I tried the Sriracha chicken and it was awsm, I loved the sweet and spicy taste, its a must try. The way they have set up the counter for ordering and payment has a good system, I mean you pay first and then eat. Although many restaurants have that system but it makes more sense to me when this is implemented during rush hour.

Usually in here during the lunch hour. So, they are always busy then. PW menu offers a nice selection. Food is flavorful. I usually like to get the meal with«stock velvet» where applicable to make the item a little more healthy. That feature is not made well known unless you check out their web site and not available on all dishes. Like the asian chopped chicken salad, too. Seating can be at a premium during peak times. Prices are reasonable.

I work across the street(close enough) and I’ve only been here once? A travesty. I love Chinese food, and this wasn’t too bad. I hear their Dan Dan noodles are quite tasty(and a serving may run 700 calories, but they give you enough for two servings!). I jumped in here before the lunch rush — about 11:45 for lunch with a friend and I checked out their Basil Chicken — not as good as I’ve had at smaller Thai places, but not bad. The service was definitely great and the food was fresh. Now that I know how good they are — and they have TAKEOUT — I’m going to pick it up for dinner on my way out of work!
