Whenever I am craving some good comfort food quickly I love coming here. The service is great and the food is delicious for even drive thru. I love BBQ sauce on my chicken and they even had that!

This restaurant is a joke. The manager sits on her butt at a table while a bunch of untrained and unmotivated teenagers work behind the counter.
They were out of all the sides I wanted. The meat cutter dropped my meat on the counter and picked it up with her bare hands.
The cashier had trouble working the register and could not figure out my change. She would not honor my coupon even though I got it from this location a week ago.
Sorry, I won’t be back. My advice: stay away!

I haven’t eaten at a Boston Market in quite a long time but I had to write a review for their excellent customer service. I was in a rush on a lunch break and ordered turkey breast but it wouldn’t be available for another 15 minutes. Instead they substituted rotisserie chicken and then gave me the meal free because they didn’t have what I wanted originally. Now, THAT’S customer service!

I have to say that the staff here went above and beyond when they ran out of one of the sides I requested. I also haven’t been to Boston Market in a long while but with customer service and food like this I will definitely be back. Thank you guys! I really appreciate it!

for me this is a great go to for semi healthy fast food. i can stop by on the way home from work and get just chicken and make my own sides at home or buy an entire meal.
love the rotissierie chicken but haven’t had much luck with the promotional types of chicken they offer randomly.
