A complete disaster!!! Food takes for ever and ever! Customer service not the best. The place was dirty. Never again.

This place seriously sucks. Every time I go here I have problems this will be my last time attending. Last time I went I had to wait 60 minutes for food which arrived Ice cold and I saw it on the counter just left there instead of being brought out. Then this time they called us to sit with no tables being open, when we finally got the table there was syrup on the chair which I sat in. My friend tried to get me a napkin and the general manage of the store looked at him made eye contact and walked away. I ended up getting up and walking out. Last time Denny’s you’ve lost a customer.

HORRIBLE Came here at night to grab some food. After waiting in the front for about 2 min they yelled at us from afar to sit wherever and we had trouble finding a clean table so We sit down when we finally found one all the way in the back of the store. After 10 min the waitress passes by and just says she forgot our menus. She never came back with the menu. After waiting we decided to leave and she saw us but didn’t acknowledge us at all. I called and asked to speak with a manager which was the same waitress that«took» care of us. At least that’s what she said. She just said she saw us leave but honestly didn’t look like she cared or wanted us back at all. She just said sorry we could do better and left it at that. Horrible. Will never return and will speak to corporate.

Not such a great place anymore. Menu never changes. It’s been the same probably for like 10 years now. Your food always tastes different depending on the time you go

First time at a Denny’s and all the hype behind the commercials and new yorkers saying they want one in the city, this place was a major letdown. My boy and I just got back from Cuba and decided to grab a quick bite before we caught our flight back to NY. Denny’s didn’t really give the welcome or quality level of food I expected. The waitress put us in a booth with broken seats, didn’t tell us about any specials until we asked(several minutes after we waited for her to return), and the fact that we didn’t order drinks we didn’t get water either. Hmm The 2nd star is for the outlet service… they let us charge our phones and for that you get 2*. Food: 2⁄5 Service: 1⁄5(messed up our order and still charged us for her mistake) Location: 3⁄5 Cleanliness: 2⁄5 Cash and credit happily accepted… but I won’t be going back.

I came here on the 4th of July for dinner after seeing the Biltmore Hotel fireworks show(which I highly recommend), knowing that unlike most places, they’d be open. There is a small parking lot in the back, but you’d probably be extremely lucky to find a spot. The service was rather slow, and the waiter was extremely impatient. Not even his suave Jimi Hendrix-like voice could save the day, as he would promptly walk off if you hesitated in placing your order or had any degree of uncertainty or questions. The place was not that full, but he had a small argument with a cook, so that made me even more uncomfortable. The food was your usual Denny’s fare, it was warm, which usually is not the norm. When your waiter keeps pacing, fidgeting, and taking off though, you just feel rushed and unwelcomed, and that’s not a good feeling.

Everything in coral gables shuts down so damn early! And even on the weekends! Ugh! Well that leads to to tell how I wound up dining here one night! I’m not a huge Denny’s kind of guy. I’m a little to bougie to be eating at anybody’s Denny’s however when you are left with the choice of starving until the morning or driving to Miami to get some food. I choose Denny’s lol the service was actually very good and the place was packed on a late Friday night going into Saturday morning! The skillet I ordered was awesome! Extra cheese and hot sauce pleeeaasseee! Anyways I stayed at the Hyatt in coral gables and this was within walking distance from the hotel which was a plus! Whoot whoot! If I am ever in the coral gables area again and need a late night grub I just may return :-)

This an old building in high end community of Coral Gables. Quite nice location and nice historic building. Pleasant environment, friendly staff and good food On a bad note it was 9 am and the floors were very dirty, sticky and looks if not been mopped in weeks. Same with the men’s bath room which smelled like urine. So strong was the smell of old urine we almost walked out. It’s a shame because this place is quaint.. poor management.. come on get it right and business would be better.

This is my go to Denny’s for lunch. They are close to work so I can walk and enjoy something quick. They have build a burger selection. Admittedly they are probably not as good as a gourmet burger joint but you can get a custom built burger with the works for about 10 bucks. Plus they have a veggie paddy. All wins in my book. The serve breakfast all day and all night. They can accommodate a large group in the back. There is street and lot parking. Sometimes is takes awhile to get a seat. The service is… serviceable, but not always super quick. I have no problems with this place. And they serve beer!

I went to this denny’s the other day and my experience was ok. The strawberry milkshake was delicious. But when we got our burgers they were hard! Service was bad. We had to ask for our waitress constantly because she wasn’t around and didn’t serve us.

Service is lackluster and that’s being generous. Plenty of attitude. Annoying when they forget side items that come with your plate. Food is what you would expect from Denny’s in the 21st century. Not what it used to be. Below the level of average diner. Only came for the easy parking.

Dropped in for a late breakfast during the Christmas weekend, good old Denny’s. This place was here when I lived in Miami back in the seventies and still packing them in after all these years. A kind older waitress with a charming accent led me to a table and produced a cup of coffee. Denny’s has a menu for us seniors, they get a medal for that. Ordered a two pancakes, two sausages and two scrambled eggs combo for $ 5.99 that kept me stuffed for several hours. The place continued to fill as time went on so they were hopping. Long dry spell until cup was reloaded. Would you like more coffee? Yes please. They were standing in line as I was leaving. Reasonable prices in high-priced Coral Gables.

Terrible service Karmen Terrible food Waited over an hour for our food and it arrived cold and unusually extra greasy During the two hours we were at the restaurant, our drinks were never refiled. Oil used to cook tasted old Notified the assistant manager Gaby and she listened and apologized. She was great but the rest was all terrible.

It was such an isolated situation to come to the Miracle Mile Denny’s.This Denny’s is very dirty, old and outdated our waitress DANA was so rude and very stubborn. My Chicken Tenders were very dry and really burnt my husbands grilled cheese looked like a dead raccoon on a Barbecue and I mean that it was burnt as he’ll my sons burger was way overcooked and the waitress didn’t bother to do anything about it

ah Denny’s. You know, this is a standard and a staple for the late night crowd. Naturally, there is nothing i say to judege the menu, as this is a place that has been the same since i was a kid. so here goes the important stuff when reviewing a chain: pros: on miracle mile open 24 hours location is well kept and clean offer parking for patron in the back, if you can get one, plenty of street parking on street also cons: it can be packed and its inevitable that the service isnt always going to be great. the parking during peak hours can be brutal. In general its a standard, run of the mill Denny’s with the good old sampler, milkshakes, grand slam breakfast, moons over my hammy, artery clogging deliciousness that the body requires at 3 am while the rest of the world is asleep. happy eating!

«Kuluina pirya il quel!»… «KULUINAPIRYAILQUEL!!!»… «ILQUEL!!!”*… I expected a band of just and fair elves from Middle Earth to save me and chant this as I walked into Denny’s that morning, which is decked out in Hobbit specials this November and December in anticipation of the new Hobbit movie coming out, but alas I was not saved and walked to my doom at Denny’s which apparently is now the equivalent of Mordor. My journey to Denny’s Restaurant seemed very typical for a Saturday morning. It began after a few friends and I finished a jog along Key Biscayne. Hungry for nourishment and on a budget, we decided to venture off to the Denny’s on Miracle Mile. The first thing I noticed when arrived was the lack of parking. My friend mimicked what she saw and parked directly behind a parked car. I decided to park at a meter and put in exactly $ 1 for $ 1 hour out of habit. Up to that day, I had not been at a Denny’s for years, but I liked the small-town breakfast diner atmosphere. What I especially liked were the Hobbit specials. I am a huge fan of the Lord of the Rings franchise, so I was able to picture myself in a modern Miami-esque shire waiting for Bilbo Baggins, Sam, and Frodo to magically appear… Mmmm. Shire sausage! Pumpkin pancakes! Lemon poppy seed French toast! I had a sudden craving for comfort food and decided to build my own grand slam, made up of all these premium 49 cents extra items. Our food came out in about 20 minutes, which seemed to be a long wait time for Denny’s, but while we were eating, one of their workers came to our part of the diner and screamed, «DOESANYONEDRIVE A GRAYHONDACIVIC?!». I thought Rohan was being attacked by the way she was screaming. My friend blushed, raised her hand, and went out the front door to move her car. I could tell she was a tad bit embarrassed. Overall, my food was very scrumptious. My shire sausage was basically a juicy Italian sausage. The pumpkin pancakes were very fluffy and had really creamy pumpkin cream on the top. My lemon poppy seed french toast was the highlight of my meal. The icing was warm. The toast was fluffy. It was heaven in the form of lemon bread. I also had some hash browns, which were only crisp on the top. I wish they were crispy throughout this portion of the meal. As we were finishing brunch, my friend ordered an extra glass of orange juice for the table. However, when we received our bill, we were perplexed. We were charged for each individual glass. «WHAT?!», I was angry, felt betrayed… okay, I am being overdramatic, but I thought it was our waitress’ responsibility to let us know that there were no free refills. «$ 5 for orange juice, I felt jaded when we could have just ordered the jar.» Our receipt also charged us for red velvet poppers, instead of the pumpkin pancakes, but they were about the same price, so I did not really care. In summary, our meal was delicious. I just think minor details need to be worked out. Their staff was also friendly and worked hard for the most part. BTW, for those who do not speak Elvish, «Kuluyina pirya il quel!» translates into«Orange juice not good!» It was all right, but for the price we paid, it was honestly highway robbery.
