Wendy’s

If you want 5 star restaurant price but not the service this is the spot for you. I took my daughter here for lunch and the food was as I expected from Wendy’s, the lobby is nice and clean, the cashier said hello, but the price!!! Man $ 20 for 2 combos at a fast food restaurant. Red Robin is next door and better food for the same price.

I never get cold food from here. Wendy’s is a great restaurant that needs to stay and never leave Corona. With so many new resturaunts coming into Riverside. I have to mention this in this review for Wendy’s. So Corona keep coming to this restaurant.

At 3:20 on ⁹⁄₆ junky drive thru service.
At 4:05 on ⁹⁄₂₇ consistently bad drive through service.

Nicely renovated establishment, and decently friendly staff. My biggest problem — they never get orders correct. While I don’t expect fast food restaurant employees to be the most highly educated individuals, I do expect them to possess the ability to take an order and deliver results. The few times I have been here have lead me to believe some of the employees at this Wendy’s do no have what it takes to work a simple fast food restaurant position. Each time I have ordered here, my order comes out wrong.
Speaking towards my most recent visit, I used the drive-​thru. When I received my food, I drove out to the parking lot to confirm I got the correct order, but of course I didn’t. I parked and went inside to handle the situation. A friendly manager looked into it and agreed my order was incorrect. After talking to one of the other employees, he came back and told me the cook didn’t read the order correctly and prepared the wrong food, and the girl at the window didn’t check it before handing it over. Again, I don’t expect miracles to happen here, but I certainly believe that if I order a cheeseburger, a cook should be able to read the order and prepare a cheeseburger (they gave me a chicken sandwich). The manager had them make my correct order and got it to me pretty quick, and also offered a free frosty for the trouble. So while I am still not happy with the consistent problem with ordering and getting the correct food, the management team does aim to satisfy the customer.
While I wont be rushing to eat here again anytime soon; with a little work in the employee department, this Wendy’s can stack up to a higher level of success in time. Once I received my correct order, the food was great.

Well they were really helpful they brought some stuff out to the car that we needed the food was fresh hey its a Wendy’s and the service is great

A grateful shout out to the pleasant and professional crew at Wendy’s and especially DENISE VASQUEZ for finding and safeguarding my cell phone and wallet. She braved the Walmart parking lot trying to chase me down!

Great price, great food, great prices, and amazingly fast service! Love it!
I ordered the son of a baconnator and green tea, everything was delicious.

Drive thru: the only complaint I have is the person who took my order didn’t let me finish my sentence before asking a follow up question. I couldn’t hear what he asked. Awkward… And I didn’t want to be rude and point that out. Slow down. Friendly enough though

Nice renovations. This Wendy’s now has a 4-​person lounge area with a flatscreen TV positioned above a cool, faux fireplace, two Coca-​Cola Freestyle machines (Touchscreen soda fountains which allow users to select from mixtures of flavors of Coca-​Cola branded products), new window design with roller shades, and contemporary-​looking wall paneling. They have Wi-​Fi too, although I’m uncertain if they had offered it prior to the renovations because I rarely dined in and may have never noticed.
My Chocolate Frosty was good and inexpensive, as usual. The cashier was real nice too.

I would give 5 stars but my lemonade was really sour today lol! Good thing i got a small cuz usually i get medium size.
But for my 4 stars im so happy they renovated wendys! It looks so nice inside & out & i got my food really fast! Their salads are very tasty and they aren’t cheap about their salad dressings or topings. If u ask for more they’ll give u as many as u please

This Wendy’s is really nice since the remodel. But the staff is horrible. I asked for ranch for the four nugget combos. I got. They gave me two. And forgot a whole combo. We always get wrong drinks. A sprite comes out a regular coke and diet coke come up sprite. Yea they are fast with the drive thru. But literally. Every time I go thru they have messed up and had to go in. So not really efficient. Don’t know where there is another Wendy’s around. But if you have to go here go inside and eat in. Been to the new one 4 times and every time a screw up on simple orders.
