I love this little hidden gem. My mom and sister love coming here so I was happy to try it out. I love to browse thrift stores, especially if i feel like waiting for traffic to die down. They have the cutest working clothes for really cheap, I found an adorable blazer for only $ 1 since it was party of their green tag deal that day. I highly recommend coming here! The guy that was working was cool that my sis and I came right before closing, he let us stay a little after closing to finish our shopping.

Had a wonderful time shopping through everything. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Higher end clothing and shoes. Always discounts available and helpful folks to find that special item. Enjoy and know you are giving folks a hand up to help themselves. God’s blessings. :) patricia

This is a hidden gem in Costa Mesa. The shopping center is old but the store itself is clean and nicely organized. Best to go when they have a 50% off everything including designer items. They have sales throughout the month. It’s a good idea to sign up for their email updates. The clothes tend to be for the older crowd but you can find a few Michael Kors and Free People items. They have a great men’s section with lots of shirts, pants, jackets, and coats. The shoe selection is big. There are several Cole Haan, Ferragamo, and others. There is some vintage clothing. Friendly staff but no restrooms.

What a find! As a photographer, I first starting coming to WW to find wardrobe for my models. Then as I saw what terrific clothes were on offer, I started buying wardrobe for myself, my family and my friends. The prices are so very reasonable but when the clothes are on sale, the bargains are just amazing. The service is top notch. If they are not busy, the wonderful ladies will help me find what it is I“m looking for and will search through the«designer» racks to help find what I am looking for. The quality of the clothing is top notch and the fun of finding an undiscovered treasure can’t be beat. I just need to keep two words in mind when I’m shopping at WW. They are: «SELFCONTROL!»

The store is located in a small shopping center and parking is ample. But it’s a little rundown and the store itself is sparse. The sales associate was nice but very slow and inexperienced. Apparently, she was by herself for the first time and had no idea how to «operate» or work the program for the register(her words). No AC… but I can live with that if the shopping is good enough. She was unaware of the 10% off promo and had to look for the signage. Once she confirmed that it was valid, she had to call her manager and to find out how to enter it. Took about 5 minutes, my sister paid with her Credit Card and she didnt know how to accept the tender. I told her we would pay cash and she was adamant about processing the sale with her card. I told her it processed(based on the screen) and she kept swiping the card. In the end, she said it didn’t work so cash was better. We asked her to make sure it wasn’t charged multiple times and she reassured us it wasn’t. Fast forward… it was indeed charged multiple times. We headed back to inform her of the charges and she denied it the whole time(even after we showed her the account withdrawal) then she stated that a(-) sign in red indicates a credit when In fact, it means a debit and refused to believe it until the bank was called and she could hear it. She had to call several mgrs while we waited(15 + mins). We asked for a cash refund since the card was already charged and she had to call them again. Long story short, she couldn’t do anything about it? We live an hour away and I refuse to drive back cause its convenient for them. I made sure to get it in writing that she would credit the account once someone who knew how to work the register came back. I won’t be visiting this location again, the items weren’t great and the employees lacked common knowledge in order to keep the store running. My advice to mgmt, be on site or train your employees on how to process a sale and don’t tell your customers that they are dishonest when they are showing you in black and white that you made a mistake. The only positive thing is that they give a percentage of the sale to charity so I wish we had a better experience.
